I know it's early, but Dollywood just announced a new slide called the TailSpin Racer for Splash Country. http://www.dollywood.com/waterpark/Rides/TailSpin-Racer Looks like the park may be using some of the credits they got from RMC for the coaster not opening on time (note the sarcasm)!

And that's been his avatar and signature for a while. Where exactly did he share that video? Hmm...no where in this forum. Sparky didn't even make a post at 6:05 on the 15th. You just now had an issue with it? Probably because he called 2 people out, being an adult didn't even call those 2 by name, for starting crap and how idiotic/juvenile it is. He even gave you props without mentioning your name (did the fact he didn't mention your name make you upset) about how you used to be a great person to interact with on the forums. Dude grow up.

Why would they announce on a Sunday? Most media coverage wouldn't be seen if they did so. Thursdays generally are the days announcements happen, including this one the 18th which many other Cedar Fair parks are announcing.

Maybe Tanna is vouching for Sparky because he is a productive member of this forum. Maybe Tanna is vouching for him because he follows the TOS, he is a nice guy, he isn't deranged, he actually knows what he's talking about, he doesn't start crap with people just because. Maybe it does suck to those who have traveled hours upon hours multiple times to ride it and hmmm...it's not open. It's not reliable. The capacity on it has been terrible. So the experience they including myself have had makes it SUCK. People are allowed to have their opinions as are you (like I've said before). You also don't have to say anything more about Mystic Timbers since you made yourself quite clear on how much you aren't a fan of the new addition because it isn't your beloved RMC. If you don't like the KI Fanboys get off the site.

It does not matter if he has or hasn't been on a lot of rides from a particular manufacture. You are trying to start flame wars and that's a violation of the terms of service. I have only been posting in th dollywood thread. What are you doing here? Have YOU even been to dollywood? The thread isn't only for people who've been to Dollywood. Chill out. I have told folks from the forums that I had a few conversations with you about Dollywood and that I didn't think you were such a bad person as folks have stated you were. I'm now regretting defending you. This isn't The Beast Gal show. Others are allowed to have options that differ from yours, others are allowed to like different manufacturers than you, others are allowed to make comments as you are allowed to do all of those things. But you have to realize just what you believe isn't valid just because you believe it. If you believe something is fact show why it's a fact. Enough is enough. 4. Was billed to be open in March 2016.....and missed that date and many other "opening possibilities."

I have to disagree with you on the roughness....rode it in June and it was an absolute joy to ride again. As far as the walk on status, lines don't equate popularity, especially since about 85-95% of park goers at Dollywood go for the shows vs. the rides.

If Planet Snoopy were to expand again, I'd want this version of Peanuts Pirates I got the NoChicken's on it this year (I rode it last year) and I think they enjoyed it as much as I do.

That Tilt-A-Whirl had me tilting and whirling like crazy! Had a great time there despite missing my favorite (Cornball Express) and Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain.

I drank way before I turned 21.....but these folks broke the law, publicly. They aren't US Citizens....they were caught and even admitted to it. They signed contracts to work here....they broke the law....they have to leave. Plain and simple.

I honestly figured that this would be the last season for MS when the ride opened later and had one less train. Now, I didn't necessarily want it to be true and with the rumors that it was closing in July (and it didn't) I thought maybe my thoughts and the rumor about the ride not returning next year weren't true. I can say I'm a little sad as I've had some good rides on it, I've had some good memories on it but I'm looking forward to what's next. Will get a few more rides on it before it closes for good.

I personally would hope the next capital expenditure being wouldn't be something for Action Theater.....for a couple of reasons. I don't know Mass Effect and don't know many who do. (not saying there isn't folks here that don't). Plants Vs. Zombies at Carowinds was fun, but I don't feel as if it's done correctly. There are two screens with 34 people on each side.....those 34 people on your side every time they shoot (including you) a round circle with the number is shown on the screen where the person has shot....now trying to find your number on a screen with 33 other folks isn't easy. Not to mention, it's not calibrated correctly. I tried to stay center of the screen and my number would pop up to the far left of the screen. I think it's a great building for Haunt....I personally would rather have it expand through both "theaters" to be a bigger haunt. The building also hosts tech services for the park......while a ride or attraction wouldn't really have any change in that. So if it were a "major" attraction, that could move tech services. There also is a bottle neck to get to that area....imagine how much worse it'd be if it were to be a big investment.

As of right now, doesn't look like I'll be making it out this year unless something changes :/

I enjoy it completely, in any seat. The bunny hills at the end don't bring me any pain. What brings me back to the ride? A lot of fun, laughing, the experience, night rides looking out into the pitch black "sea," and the speed.

I pretty much got confirmation that the Cavern of Terror would be returning as a friend of mine apparently has been asked to be a supervisor there this year.

I finally saw the show the day of the announcement. I wasn't too incredibly impressed....but I liked it.

Where do you think it will be located, as its former location is a construction site? I was thinking it was something else....it's gone lol..post edited to reflect.
