While you slowly and methodically position yourself to take his place. Inexorably moving you forward into the position of CEO of Cedar Fair Inc. A position that once held will allow you to finally make real change to the park. Change that will all point to you and your overwhelming accomplishments that you can leverage as you make a career change into politics, becoming one of the most beloved President of all time (behind Lincoln or Washington). Then FINALLY revealing your true plan and becoming Emperor of Earth?!!?!?!??

I drink A LOT of liquids during the day. I easily push a gallon and a half or two. I'll down the entire souvenir cup easily in 15 minutes. I did that before the 15 minute wait was added, and before they even lowered the cup size from 20 to 16oz. Sure 30 is a grand deal, but on a hot day as a person that usually drinks a lot anyways it's irritating. Hell I have two drink plans for the family, i still use both when I'm solo at the park. Side complaint, more places need tea. Outside freestyle which is almost always limited to one location, there literally isn't a single diet not caffeinated drink in the park (except water).

I am starting to feel that despite the hype that came with the new restaurant this year, overall the meal quality in the park actually went down slightly. I feel like there is less waits overall, purely because they are making more food earlier and just about everything is old.

Are you saying it was implemented to prevent people from getting unlimited drinks on the unlimited drink plan?

Bring back antique cars! Or something similar. Down low, so it doesn't mess with sight lines of stunt coaster, or the tower, or DB.

Really the chicken is the only thing I've had that is consistently good. Everything is so wishy-washy on quality. But give me one of the more cooked chicken, even cold-ish is delicious. I think I'm going to start declining on the sides unless I see actual steam from the corn, none of them are particularly impressive or enjoyable. The mac and cheese maybe for my kids.

I was really tempted to go to the park last night after the rain slowed, but I got confused at what time it was and didn't think it would be worth it, at 730.

Select management being kept on part-time through the winter? Gives them the benefit of overall increased pay, increased training, increased loyalty. Just run them through classes and training once a week even while the park is closed, one or two managers per location? Part-Time seasonal employees will never care enough to try harder.

Tried the smoked wings at island smokehouse for the first time this year. I don't remember them saucing the wings before, but they have a light bbq sauce on them now. Thick enough they might have smoked them with the sauce. Fantastic either way though. Worth the walk over there.

I didn't get a skewer, and I only got a half of a half dozen! I would have settled for zero onion rings and a hot burger though

I buy the license just because of this reason, it is kind of a funny self-satisfying loop. They make everyone go to one of two places to get measured to get a license, which means the line is long at that location, which makes me want to buy the license to not bother with the line. I did have my first situation on Viking Fury where I didn't take the time to get my daughter measured for a wrist band, so they took her off the ride, which I expected, and measured her and gave her a wristband right there. Haven't seen a ride just give them out, normally they measure them and put them back on the ride.

I got the burger last night with the onion rings included. Doesn't appear on the full menu, or menu board, only showed on the Meal Plan list. Was disappointing, onion rings were cold, burgers were dry. Took 20 minutes between the order and getting my food. Slow, messy and crowded.

Ended up going to Hank's yesterday, was kind of a laughable experience. There were two kids working the line, one did cheese and sauce, the other did everything else. I felt kind of bad for how busy they were until I realized they were kind of doing it to themselves. The kid doing rice and beans and meat was placing items in the bowl like it was an art project. Perfectly places, leveled off, smoothed off the top and well distributed. Half the people in line just wanted the stuff in the bowl, but unshakable he continued. The only REAL annoying thing was the manager who just roamed back and forth from the kitchen to the line and didn't bother to help either side. He could clearly see they were behind, but he did nothing to help.

I have yet to go to JukeBox, I haven't had a good experience there in the last 2 years. I'll have to check it out this week.

The twist however is that the top used to be level with the path. Vortex isn't sinking, however the entire rest of the park is sinking around Vortex. So really Vortex is getting taller.

They were actually out of syrup on two of the three machines yesterday around 5. Not popular at all, they should close it more often. Literally the left machine had nothing but water. The middle was out of half of them and either a dumb guest or an ice machine malfunction because the filling area was all ice chunks

On this same note, you know how irritated i get taking a day off work to go to Soak City only for it to be closed because of a light sprinkle? It is 85 degrees outside, I don't care if there is a light rain, it is HOT, i want in the dang water.
