To me, the 50-60 million cut backs are a last ditch effort since I believe 2008 is Shapiro's last year to right the ship. I could be wrong about that though. It's funny to people for them to say they want to focus on internet sales and teens considering that they were trying to make SF a more family friendly park. As far as I know, most of their season pass sales comes from that crowd of teens anyways. So, it makes sense to do what they are saying.

Could be that they haven't even made a decision as to whether or not to extend the license considering it doesn't have to be renewed for a couple of years. Time is on their side.

Cedar Point is not running out of room. This is a common misconception. I really don't feel like searching for aerial photos to back myself up. Others here will tell you the same. They have been, for the last few years, creatively re-locating rides to make way for new ones.

Well, Wooferbear, here in Huntington, West Virginia, I never have had a lukewarm or cold toasted sub from Subway. Maybe it's a problem in your area?

Not to mention that Quizno's subs are not that great to be charging such a high price. And now, Subway has toasted subs, so no need to spend extra money for that.

No problem. Some say the names are generic, but, I don't really care anyway. Those will still be some great rides regardless.

Top Gun = Flight Deck Tomb Raider:The Ride = The Crypt Italian Job:Stunt Coaster = Back Lot Stunt Coaster Face/Off = ? Not heard a new name yet. Drop Zone I think will stay the same. Although none of these names have been announced for KI, they have for Great America & Kings Dominion. So, it's a safe bet KI will follow suit.

I don't think any ride deserves to be hated. If you Absolutely Positifly LOVE amusement parks like I do, you'd understand that no ride deserves a hate relashionship. If I HAD to remove any rides from KI, Days of Thunder would be removed. I don't know about that. There are many people, even some who post here, who hate Son of Beast. Some even reckon that coaster deserves to be hated. Myself, I have not had horrible rides on SOB before and after the loop was removed.

Interp, I used to really enjoy the Little Dipper at Camden. That is PTC trains, correct? And the Big Dipper too! Or, are they NAD trains?

Not only that, I'm doubting many people even knew about Geauga Lake, let alone X Flight.

Dora and Diego are on MUCH more than that. About 2 hours per day actually. I realize it was a bit exaggerated. Raptor: Anwyay, yes, at some point in school, children must learn another language. So, other than Dora the Explorer or Go Diego Go, what are all of these spanish or mexican cartoons/shows that are being referred to? If it's just those two, that is barely .000001% of their entire programming. Not to mention that eventually, kids will need to learn a second language. Why not get a headstart on that?
