Hmm... if a new attraction is coming there, I wonder if KI will do #whatsinsidethebuilding

I'm curious what do you think would have happend instead of changing the "Enchanted Voyage" to the "Smurfs Enchanted Voyage" instead they just added the Smurf characters to the orignal Enchanted Voyage throughout the ride or just a section with them because of the Smurf popularity, do you think it would have worked or do you think it worked great to have the Smurfs with their own attraction? I'm too young to have ridden either rides, so I'm asking for those of you who did ride them if this would have worked!

I'm actually surprised that KI still doesn't have any new water rides in the actual park not including Soak City. But then again WWC & CF seems like enough to do the job.

I agree! If they do eventually do sell them, I would definitely buy one! However I can only imagine how much KI would sell them for!

Uh-oh bad news...

I'm just curious if there was some kinds of Merchandise from KI Rides (past or present) that you would like to see more of. For example I would love to get a t-shirt with the Sol Spin logo or even a hat with The Bat logo (past or present). I would even like to see more Phantom Theater merchandise perhaps little toy figures of the Maestro and other Phantom Theater characters. Does anybody have any thoughts on this?

Agreed! My wife doesn't ride coasters but I absolutely love them! It'll be my job to start with them at Great Pumpkin Coaster and then later down the years it'll end at Diamondback.

My wife and I just found out we are having a baby, (our first baby) I wanted to know what can she do if we decide to go. She doesn't ride any coasters or big rides, but she does the water rides and the small flat rides. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think something like this for WWC would is just what the ride needs! It'll breathe new life into the ride and would tell more of a story!

Would you ever like to see Kings Island add animatronics on White Water Canyon maybe some animatronic cowboys or horses to fit the theming Rivertown or something along those terms? I think it would be a great idea if they went more of a western theme for White Water Canyon but that's just my opinion, but what do all of you think?

Overall I love Mystic Timbers however they really did hype the shed up as this great big surprise reveal. Nowadays I just hope to get the rare tree ending!

When it's 2025 and I'm still missing Vortex!

I agree with some of this especially the part about Halloween Haunt not being as good as it once was. However I do think they are doing a great job with WinterFest, I feel like a lot of effort does go into that. As for the next 10 years what will Kings Island look like? I'm not sure but fingers crossed more new rides and less ride removals. But I guess we'll have to wait and see! Also love your profile picture I'm a big fan of Hey Arnold! And everytime I read one of your posts or comments I'll read it in Grandpa Phils voice!

Waiting in line for The Beast: Guest to their friend "If you look closely in the woods on the ride... you can see The Beast animatronic!" Although not true that would be cool if they added some kind of animatronic to the ride even if it would only be the paws of The Beast!

I remember the one that was in Coney Mall, usually I'm not a fan of uncharge attractions at amusement parks. There are some laser tags at my local roller skating rinks but it wouldn't fit at Kings Island in 2025 in my personal opinion.

So I have a fun topic to post, what if Phantom Theater wasn't removed in the early 2000s? What if the Scooby-Doo ride never happened? Do you think Kings Island would have still replaced it or do you think it was already on the chopping block? Would it have made it to 2025? Well I'll let all of you decide that one!

Honestly I'm not sure what part of the ride was supposed to be 3-D. It just made me dizzy and kind of made the glasses worthless.

Ok who remembers the first few years when Boo Blasters took over Scooby-Doo in the 2010s those awful Boo Blaster glasses? I never actually saw the point in them considering the 3-D effect never actually worked! (Well at least for me it never did) I actually had some old ones a few years back when I was cleaning out my house, but who remembers them?
