I saw them perform once at Nationwide Arena in Columbus. Hopefully the weather will be nice that weekend.

And for those of you who do not know, the Harlem Globetrotters are owned by Herschend Family Entertainment, the company that owns Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO and jointly owns Dollywood with Dolly Parton.

My Grandpa took me to a show when I was a kid.   I suspect there have been some roster changes since then.     If I weren’t camping that weekend would probably choose the Globetrotters over a mammoth wait for Steel Vengeance.

A nice perk this for this up-comining season.  Hopefully it is better than the stunt show they had.

Really looking forward to this event! I have never had the opportunity to go to a Globetrotters show, but I have always wanted too. Sure this won't be a full blown Globetrotters show, but none-the-less it is still exciting.

I can see basketball sales / games increasing due to this on these days.  LOL

What would be cool is if they went over to one of the games and started draining all of the baskets or killing the high score on the free throw game.

What would be really cool is if they won the entire supply of basketballs for the season so KI is forced to hand out plushies for prizes.

I enjoyed the stunt show last year. But I like motorcycles, and you just don't see those old-school things like the bikes in the cage very much anymore. And the fountain setting makes everything better, right?  I was thrilled to let my kids see it as much as anything. I'm sure the Globetrotters will be great! Also used to play to packed houses when I was a kid. Can't wait to see what they do at the park!
