From what I have heard Blackjack has been cannibalized for parts and is missing a lot of wheels so 3 trains may not be possible yet. I will have to give it a try again with the 6s next time I am there. Are you on the latest IOS 11.3.1? This is really strange becuase both the KI and CP apps do the same thing with my phone(s). The 6s even has a 3 month old Apple battery. Trying to think what else could be causing it. I just checked and Background App Refresh is off for both apps. Perhaps if it is set to On the app will allow “While Using” ? Can you check background app refresh on your phone? Thanks.

So here is a novel idea, buy some romaine from Costco it looks like there is one at the next exit. They do sell to businesses. A pallet of Romain will make a ton of Caesar salads.

The recall was only on Yuma, AZ romaine. Costco has pallets and pallets of CA romain and never stopped selling it. Iceburg is not a Caesar Salad.

With IOS the app permission must be set to “always” for ride times to show and then your battery drains at an alarming rate (even if you force close the app) and you have about 2 hours on a 100% charge. So either change the permissions after checking or bring a big power bank. Same results on an iPhone 6, 6S and 7.

One has a Skyride and one doesn’t. One has two rivers but can’t staff them on Memorial Day Weekend, the other can. Difficult comparison indeed.

Agreed. It is not galvanized like all the other hardware and is rusty. I agree some of those nuts do not appear to be tight but hard to tell visually. Those are lock washers and nuts not lock nuts.

Anyone go to Soak City this weekend and how were the operations? Were all the attractions open? Reports are Cedar Point Shores had major staffing issues with both rivers, the bucket complex and lily pad all closed. That is a major chunk of an already limited water park.

The negative being price integrity. The whole point of the gold version is to encourage people to buy early and hopefully get them in the park sooner than they would otherwise. When you start extending the offer, and in this case by over a month, the buy early incentive is diminished.

My Rivertown Freestyle lucky streak didn’t end this past Friday. Not sure about WindSeeker as we never made it back that far.

Tri tip brisket. SMH. I had some Friday about 4:30 and it was pretty good with about as much smoke flavor as one could expect from a mild wood like hickory. So about 5:30 we stopped back in a second time because Kiefer wanted some sausage. The line was two rows but was moving rather well and the employees were humming along quit well. Until they ran out of mac and cheese about 6 orders ahead of us. They didn’t know what to do and there didn’t seem to be a supervisor there to tell them what to do. They were all running around with their heads cut off and stopped the whole process for a full 10 minutes until kitchen got them out some mac and cheese. Seriously, I am not kidding, I timed it on my phone. They dished up entrees and stuck them under the heat lamp until there was no room for more. No announcement that they were out of mac and cheese but if you wanted another side they could serve you and send you straight to one of the 3 available cashiers twiddling their thumbs. Nope, just full e-stop. Meanwhile the line was spilling out halfway across the midway. It was quit comical actually. I eventually had a couple of bites of the sausage. Very good.

The goats ate them. Speaking of goats a grandparent brought some smoked goat meat to a campout a few months ago. I had never had it before and it was pretty good. Would be a good idea for Coney BBQ. They might need to expand the goat area a little bit more to accommodate the demand. Pet the goat, feed the goat, eat the goat. What a wonderful circle of life experience for the little tikes.
