  1. I highly doubt they would demolish Larosas as it's been there ever since the park was built. I think they could do a Rivertown "harmony hall" where the crypt building is. I've thought of turning Vortex's plot into a Lake before. Maybe turn the giant hill by Beast's station that you can see from the midway into a waterfall with nice rock work. I actually thought of that several times when I would go into tower gardens this year. I didn't know they actually had a waterfall there. I think tower gardens could use a nice water feature. Maybe a little stream running in the planters.
  2. Another thing from the Coasterstock Q&A they changed is the way you ask questions. I believe in 2018 or so they let people line up and ask Mike questions directly in the microphone. Now they have you post your questions in the facebook group and Don/Mike picks them. Probably has something to do with that kid who asked about RMCing The Beast/Racer that one year lol.
  3. I believe it was also in Picnic Grove in 17, 18, and 19. 2021 Q&A was in international showplace because they weren't using it at all in 21 I believe.
  4. Mike specifically said at Coasterstock that his desire is to do concerts next year depending on how successful they are this year. Plus it's also used for music in the parks/cheer competitions in the spring. KI already has a ton of land to expand without removing it. We'll see though.
  5. I'm thinking a new restaurant. Any new ride for next season would've been announced the same day the other CF parks announced. KI usually announces new restaurants over the off-season.
  6. We already have an observation tower with the Eiffel Tower
  7. Imo this all but confirms Timberwolf is here to stay and concerts will return next year. Now lets speculate on the lineup and what bands you want to see
  8. Made an Area 72 expansion idea. It involves demolishing the current maintenance buildings and building new ones on the other side of Orion (red rectangles). It is based on Carowinds Aeronautica Landing and would feature 3 new flats: A Zamperla Air Race and Nebulaz, a gravitron ride, and a trabant. It would also feature a new restaurant with a patio and bar overlooking Orion.
  9. As much as I would love an Intamin blitz, I doubt we'll see CF work with Intamin anytime soon.
  10. I also wouldn't be shocked if we introduce some type of brew/bbq/food/wine festival next spring. Mike Koontz said at Coasterstock he wants to do something like that with all the breweries around the area. Carowinds introduced something similar this past spring with the state line celebration and it looked like it went well. KI did a brew festival a few years ago, but it was just for 21+. Doing something like Frontier Festival/State Line celebration would be good for families.
  11. I doubt we'll see a coaster in 2024 knowing our last ride addition was a coaster. I'm honestly expecting a Soak City expansion and/or a flat ride in 2024. They could honestly do both in the same year since Wonderland is adding both a coaster and flat next year. Maybe a coaster in 2025 or 2026.
  12. Also from the press release: In addition to new rides and attractions, Cedar Fair will continue to upgrade and expand food and beverage facilities across its portfolio in 2023, with a focus on providing signature menu and beverage items that tap into consumers’ cravings for unique flavors and experiences they can’t find anywhere else. These capital investments also will be aimed at improving the capabilities, technologies and efficiencies of the parks’ food preparation and delivery systems. If I were to guess, our new addition is probably a new restaurant like Farmhouse at CP or Outpost Cafe at KD. It'd be announced over the off-season like Coney BBQ was. We could probably see some current food stands get remodeled with new items.
  13. I think KI will pull a 2018 and do a notice for an announcement the day before. For what it would be, my prediction is either a revamped Boo Blasters (return of Phantom Theater) or something in Soak City or pull a Paramount years and do both.
  14. I think that would be better in Rivertown imo. I think a Montgomery Inn would be better above the entrance
  15. Honestly I hope we get no more chain restaurants added to the park. I think it would be better to move away from the chain restaurants and just have chef major do his magic and have park original food. Obviously still have popular Cincy things like Larosas and Skyline to pay homage to the city, but I think things like subway, chick fil a, panda express, etc could be replaced.
  16. Antique Cars didn't have a teaser dropped until like the day before the announcement.
  17. KD has prime rib in their new restaurant and its on the dining plan and it looks amazing. That is now my top food wish list for KI
  18. Mike Koontz said at Coasterstock this year is sort of a test to see how successful they are and they are learning about the concert business. He said he plans on doing them next year if they are successful. From what I saw both 3 Doors Down and Skillet brought in pretty good crowds not surprising as those 2 bands had the biggest following. Also, minus the hiccups of the first concert, all the concerts people enjoyed them. I honestly think Timberwolf is here to stay as long as KI is willing to continue putting money into it and use feedback from the bands and fans to see how they can improve Timberwolf. KI still has a lot of land to expand without removing Timberwolf.
  19. He didn't officially confirm it. He said it is his goal. Whether or not it actually happens remains to be seen.
  20. Imagine something like this: Now just choose what dishes to serve lol Source for pic: https://www.frankenmuth.org/directory/bavarian-inn-restaurant/
  21. I want to see us get something like Frontier Festival or State Line Celebration in like April/May. Mike Koontz himself was actually asked about an event like that during Coasterstock and he liked the idea. Imagine something like that with all the area breweries and BBQ/wing joints.
  22. I was actually thinking that the other day. Have a section of the ride have the ushers dancing to happy feet like in the show.
  23. Here's an idea to make it International Street: relocate the park services warehouse and gut out the peanuts showplace. Then use that space as extra queue space and have the entrance across from chick fil a next to the family care center. You could even do a pre show in a section of it like Hagrids.
  24. I really like the VIP thing they did. Hopefully they were successful enough that they do these next year as well and maybe bring Spirit Song back. Honestly, I think Spirit Song would have a field day with the VIP thing. When I went to SS in the past, the big thing they did was you could enter to win front seats with coolers of ice cold drinks. With this, they could do meet and greets, giveaways, and a lot more. Hopefully, it comes back. If not, I liked having a Christian night. One thing I think they should do in the future is have 2 opening acts where one of them is an up and coming local artist to open for the 2 bigger acts and maybe have an MC in between acts that could do giveaways and stuff and maybe do a live backstage interview with the headlining band. Another idea I came up with in the other thread is they could do a Kids Night where they bring in some well known TV/Youtube/Tik Tok stars that are popular with kids/preteens to perform. Other than that, I love that KI didn't give up on Timberwolf and I hope it sticks around for years to come.
