  1. I'm not too worried about the dining plan as that one isn't as expensive and doesn't affect me much, but the Fast Lane likely will.
  2. Haven't seen that one yet.
  3. Yeah, I'm not happy with others getting a $300 discount on a product I paid $999 for just because of their pass type.
  4. Hey, I just want a cookie okay?
  5. What does this have to do with Phantom Theater: Opening Nightmare?
  6. Maybe because Walt is frozen himself?
  7. My guess is that people are going to come either way and/or they don't want people to hold off on coming (especially early in the season) to have $$ coming in early. Just my guess.
  8. My feelings were never mixed, but this will be good for KI. I hope she finds success.
  9. At this point, I know no reason of this attraction not opening "on time," whether it's at the very first day of the season or further into April or even May.
  10. Mostly from KI or CP. However, I've got several antiques from Sea World generic versions (some show that Ohio had a Sea World park) and a handful of other parks.
  11. Oops...I read it as a new Drop Tower for Texas...either way...hoping it is a better experience for them and patrons.
  12. Could have been delayed to the mass snow storm across the state.
  13. The Drop Tower is moving to Texas: https://www.wesh.com/article/makers-free-fall-ride-teen-died-new-drop-tower-texas/70305167
  14. It is amazing on how complex these rides are, even if they appear at times to be just simple on the surface. They are so incredibly complex. Thanks @DispatchMaster for a description of how much actually goes into it. I do theater work and most would think lighting is just as simple as plugging in the lights...but it's so much more than that.
  15. I haven't seen for sure. I know in the past it's been in house...but either option would be an improvement. I'm hoping for The Gravity Group overall.
  16. I'm looking forward to riding it at Holiwood Nights multiple times!!!
  17. https://www.facebook.com/HolidayWorld/videos/the-raven-is-receiving-some-tlc-this-off-season-about-500-ft-of-new-track-is-bei/1898792870772154/ While Holiday World consistently retracks it's wooden coasters in the off-season, I'm really excited for this year's project. The Raven is being retracked from the 5th drop to the brake run during it's 31st season. This section has needed some TLC for the past few years as it has been known to have a pothole that would make the end of the ride a bit jarring. The Raven is honestly my favorite wooden coaster at the park.
  18. I remember my first time in the attraction and it was when Spongebob 3D was in place. I think my family and I visited it for the first time in 2004. I'll never forget the dive to Rock Bottom. We all laughed pretty hard and had a great time. Sadly, years later, this kind of attraction would do me no good. I've done a few of the 7D type of attractions that can be found in Pigeon Forge...they're okay...but I don't know if they've really got much market in an amusement park. I do wish the building was used more than just at Halloween.
  19. Firecracker is a lot of fun. I find it better than Tiki Twirl at Cedar Point.
  20. I love RideSims...don't play it nearly enough.
  21. I do hope they do some painting on it, so it's not just black....glad they painted the concrete.
  22. My favorite teaser campaign still to this day was for Dinosaurs Alive featuring @DonHelbig. Only 1 of the teaser videos remains, and it's the least great one. Someone who is no longer at the park removed most of that campaign from Youtube.
  23. But no one has so far (other than CoasterJack for PTON). Last year I was able to get the permits/project info online (I don't live close enough to just hop on down there to do this) including the cost of project and construction documents. Now, they list permits issued monthly....so January will be available sometime in February.
