^Considering your younger and smaller than probably a lot of people on here. When I was your age SOB was my favorite ride and now (last year atleast) I can barely tolerate it.

You! You are still dangerous, but eventhough your a snot nosed junky fly boy I guess we can give you some hints on visiting the park. Since its a sunday it will be decently crowded. If coasters is your biggest thing definently hit up The Beast, Son of Beast, FOF, IJ:ST, and Vortex since theyre pretty unique. Theres a lot of negativity latley on this site about the park but we still have a great park and I'm sure youll have a great time. Theres plenty of hotels nom ore thant 10 minutes down the highway in either direction so it wont be hard to find a place to say. As far as food, I reccomend eating outside the park to save money, theres two sky lines (one exit north, one exit south) and on the fields ertel exite theres a hooters, mcdonalds, wendys, burker king, applebees, ocharleys, CHIPOTLE, frisch's, but these are sometimes crowded after the park closes with kids after work. Have a fun and safe trip!

Thats sad to hear, I heard lots of good things and lots of bad things. Most people said its still no good. I atleast have to ride it once. It's a shame.

Speaking of old footers, on Coasters Rz site he has a picture of what is an old footer for what once was the skyride. This is by far oe of the most interesting pictrures I've seen about PKI, you cant see much but I never knew that was there. PKI has some very itneresting historical evidence lying all about and thats always got my attention. Great pic RZ! and great site as always! On this page, third picture down.

Its a weekend which means slightly larger crowds, and a holiday weekend at that, so yes it will be very crowded most likely. And as nemo said, sunday mornings it usually isnt too bad but a notice of increased guests takes place throughout the afternoon.

What kind of music? I've noticed throughout some ques its the same music thats on Qtv and I've heard what seems to be a seperate soundtrack thoroughout the park although not what I'd consider good music.

At 1 in the morning my band played in the school gym for afterprom, i was stuck there till 4 in the morning, drove around for awhile in a bad mood got home at 6, slept till noon, ate a leftover arbys sandwhich, and called a bunch of people about SOB then sat around tired and angry untill i went to chipotle. Yes wooferbear and Boddah are right, Chipotle is one example of heaven on earth. I have now been awake for about 24 hours now.

Bring back shows? Where have you been, School of Rock and toy factory last year could not only rival but trump ANY show any Cedar Fair park has to offer. The heydey? Kings Island is more popular now than it ever has been. Everybody can ride rides? Thats pretty much the goal of the park now, a family park with something for everyone, like the italian job, designed with family in mind.

Son of Beast is kind of like those celebritys that look gorgeous but are just evil and heartless on the inside. You see it from the highway and you see it frmo almsot anywhere in the park, this massive wooden structure, with that huge helix, the loop and speeds of up to 80 m.p.h. but then you get on and it tries to kill you with its awful hospitality. Maybe it has opened its eyes and decided to be nice to people this year.

I tried to plan it so that I could leave early enough, ride then hit the highway and make it back over here in time to be at school but stayed up til 2 doing a project and didnt even bother setting my alarm, went to school at noon.

Im glad not everyone on here is an idiot, nice post erosarrow! Im a fan of PKI and love going there, the park is one of the best in the country, theres little things they could do but it hasnt been terribly neglected. There are worse parks in the country, the problem is most of these people on here havent been to many other parks. People like to complain about every little thing on here, the type of people who come on here are not the general public theyre usually diehards who go more often than the gp and notice things bettter. The gp doesnt care about most of the little hindrances that some of the losers on here might notice. For the most part, PKI is a well maintained fun family park with something for everyone that has installed a new state of the art attraction almost every year. It has some negative things but everything in the world has a negative side to it, I can find just as many things wrong with Holiday World and Cedar Point. PKI gets better every year with always new and fun experiences coming about.

^That could be true that it is the aquatrax, many people have mentioned that but there are pictures of them picking up intamin track behind breakers that is the 3 point track like on MF where it seems the aquatrax uses 4 point like TTD or jut the flat track. ^You have every right to state your opinion, with the exception of a few SF has a bad reputation for crummy parks. SFOG has always looked amazing and SFGA in NJ is fantastic but have you been to SFKK lately or did you go to AStroworld ever when it was under Six Flags? Eww, they were BAD.

That ride is Dodonapa, the same type of coaster thats at PKD but it is located ayt Fuji-Q-Highland, the same park building the 4th dimension coaster. I knew it as soon as I saw the clip with the ferris wheel behind it. LINK!
