KIMan I really enjoy your photos and it shows that you take the time to set up for the shot. I liked the steam train engineer inspecting the track with the Diamondback train barreling down a hill behind him. Awesome!!!

I really enjoyed the whole conversation at Kings Island Theater and my rides that followed helped me see The Beast in a whole new way. I have an even greater appreciation for The Beast. Yeah you can tell the way Tom talks and in his own way jokes with innuendos and at times showing true emotion for his projects, He Is One Of Us!!!!

SeaWorld's Manta -- NOW OPEN
Avatar replied to Delirium_Guy's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Thank you for those wonderful links WOW!!!! Just WOW!!!! I for one am really excited about Manta and the theme surrounding it. When Diamondback opened I rode with someone who cried about being so exited about riding a new thrill coaster. I used to to get pretty excited about a new thrill ride and I really like Diamondback, but theme is importante to me these days and Manta has gotten me as excited as I have gotten in a long time. I am also looking forward to see how the Rip Ride Rocket Coaster turns out. Delerium_guy I know you have a long history of visiting parks and when you say it is good and it meets your aproval (especailly knowing how you count theme as part of your review) I know it is a winner. I will look forward to your review of Diamondback too. -
Yes Andrew I did and enjoyed many of Universal Studios attractions solo while attending Universal Horror Nights. If you would like to see how my day was you can read about it my Fall Vacation Trip Report, I'm giving you a direct link to that part and you'll find it about half way down in that section. http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?...st&p=250796 I plan to take the family to Universal and IOA during our up coming Fall Trip, especially since we won free tickets from the SuperBowl give away. I hope you are getting some rest and readjusting to the real world.

When you think you see KICentral member but you are not sure you can always flash the code signal. What code signal you ask. Well if you ever seen the movie "Meet The Fockers", Robert De Niro uses two fingers to point to his eyes then points to the person. This also works well when you see someone who is line but to far to talk to.

Andrew I enjoyed you frequent Facebook updates and your trip report here. Yeah the Hulk was a cool ride, I had no idea the launch was coming and it took me half the ride to recovery from the shock. Glad to hear your a fan of The Mummy as many on here are too. I just wished KI would get a cool dark ride of any kind, but they say they do not get many requests for them, HUH!!!!. Also sorry to hear about your bad experience with ONE of Disney's hired out contractor caller service employee. I'm sure Disney would want to know about your experience, as Disney truly will go out of their way and to great lengths to prevent a unhappy potential guest who would vow to never return. I had a odd experience at Kings Island Snake Pit Grill on Sunday but I know that it is just one employee and not a normal experience. On the upside it sounds like it all worked out for you guys for the good. I'll head over to Facebook to view your photos and again thanks the updates.

bsktgrvy nice report it seems that we share similar thoughts on some of the old Kings Island charms such as the train, music box and up keep on some of the attractions theme. It was nice reading your report, good to hear you had fun and thank you for writting us a report of your day.

WOW nice report and awesome photos, looks like you had a great time. I have not been to Holiday World for several years, reading this and other reports has got me wanting to go back.

Oldiesmann - yeah some had no problem riding Congo Falls such as Miss Rae. Sometimes it is hard for a dad to say no but at times it is very easy to say no, well today with the temperatures in the 60's as you said, it was easy to say yes and no.

SeaWorld's Manta -- NOW OPEN

OH MAN! you have gotten me really excited and looking forward to Sea World this upcoming Fall. I absolutely love theme, even over high thrills and it sounds like Manta has my name written all over it from your description. Thanks for posting your updates and details, I can not wait. -
Yes when staying at one of Disney Resorts your room card is/can be your room card, theme park tickets, fast pass, meal redemption card for your meals and snacks for those on the dinning plan and it also allows you to charge food, retail or specialty events to your room. Many days while we are at Disney we do not carry anything but our room card and camera. If we lose a room card which has happened twice all we need to do is go to any guest relations of any park or to any resort and within a minute or two they printed us a new one, right after they made sure we were not charged for someones dishonest unauthorized use. I would love to have a Kings Island charging pass especially while we spend good portions of some days in Boomerang Bay.

Yes on opening day I did purchase a bowl of Watermelon with my pizza. For the price I felt the Watermelon should have been seedless. I ate half of it in the Festhause but threw the rest out because I was getting tired of spitting out seeds.

From what I understand yes, but I would verify through your local chapter of ACE to make sure. Also that is If I am reading that both you and your girlfriend are members of ACE

The all season long is usually referred to as the regular season, such as when Kings Island opens for daily operations. When Kings Island is open on select days in the early spring and in the Fall that is often referred to as the post season and usually has different pricing and specials throughout the park.

UPS just stooped by and dropped off my two shirts, I am good to go while showing support for my favorite enthusiasts site.

In the past when we have taken advantage of the Gold Pass Pizza Deal we did not receive four individual salads but one family size salad.

Everybody have a great time, I wished I could have gotten out of my obligation on Saturday to join you all at HW sounds like you guys will have a blast. -
OMG I just ordered two T-Shirts earlier and I hardly will ever wear one, but now you have added new items including a golf (polo) shirt. I guess I will try to use one of those 5 dollar off coupons.

I received my notice of sale and if I refer 5 e-mail of potential buyers they will receive $5.00 off their first purchase.

Great job designers I liked them all and had trouble narrowing it down to vote on just one. I just ordered 2 shirts so that I will be able to wear one on each day at Ride Worriers Weekend. Even though the shirt design is not the one I voted for I still like the winning design and will be very proud show my support to KICentral. The KICentral site is so recognized by Kings Island, that with out them my and many others Road Warrior Weekend would not be happening. Again great job everybody and Dane for organizing the contest.
