For anyone wondering what I meant by not themed I was talking about on the ride not what's under it. Holiday World was a okay park I wound not make a return trip anytime soon. The voyage bruised my back really bad was black and blue for a month.

Why so down on Kentucky Kingdom? It's a great little park.

Woah woah woah woah, I'm usually the theme nazi and I'm very impressed! I cannot see how this isn't themed! It sounds like we have a stud over here, butter me up, or lather in olive oil, and call me cold turkey! There's an amazing shedish log cabin that you literally soar through, you go through a small farm, heck you shoot out of a barn! It looks amazing! I cannot see how you have that disposition! yes I have it's just a building. Big Thunder at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom are themed coasters.You're comparing a small family-owned park to Disney. Sorry looks like boring to me. Wing coaster just don't do it for me. It's not themed at all.

The reason your hearing more about it is the use of cell phones. What I do think is odd or it just might be Disney they make you bring you stuff on the ride. Now they do have a spot to put your stuff like a bag.

No. Paramount was far worse than the current regime for maintaining themeing. Paramount did a good job on themeing till it was bought by Viacom.

Thought Disney's America was going to built from the ground up. It was a field that a battle was on and people protested. Now a Walmart sits on the land.Scooby Doo and friends could show up at Kings Island if Time Warner has a Cartoon Net work day. They used to do it at Reds games with all the local mascots.

The tunnel was made for the Monorail. The maintenance road that goes up around Adventure Expess had monorail track their at one time. On the frist lift hill during the fall you can still see a building that was used for the animals in the woods.

When The Bat(Top Gun) first opened in Lion Country Safari you had to walk around the Monorail. Their also used to be animals under the ride at one time.

Kings Island has some stuff from the movie in the old cinema 360 during one season. It was not to much just some movie props.

That's what I heard also. While I like Mystery Mine I don't think the themeing would have lasted very long at a Paramount park.

I am sure something will be set up at a later date. Just be glad no one got hurt.

What changes have been made to The Beastie/Woodstock Express/Scooby Doo besides the removal of the tunnel? I was recently over in that area and noticed the coaster looked much shorter, smaller, and different than I remember as a kid. I chalked it up to things looking bigger when you're smaller. I remember a tunnel though.The Beastie/Scooby Doo had one last set of hills before the break run at the end of the ride. Same as The Racer they where taken out to make the break run longer. Yes their used to be a tunnel on The Beastie sometime after it got that name. I have been on the other 3 Scooby Doo coasters and they still have the last set of hills.When The Racer opened it had one less car on the trains.

Scooby is under a different license so the park could get it back under Sally Corp.

Around when out limits was being built. Also The Beastie lost its last little hill around this time also.

Might be a good idea for Cedar Fair to get Magic Bands. Just got back from using them and they worked really well. Some day I could see them replacing a season pass.

Opening day I had 4 guys spitting dip in front of me. I meet some very nice people from here while waiting in line behind me. Every time I turned around they keep spitting by me.

...and Six Flags over Georgia, a seasonal park operated by a large chain just like KI. If your talking about the Monster ride with half the figures are broken yes they are doing a great job. Other than Disney and Universal the only other Bush Gardens Williamsburg. I would not really call it seasonal the park does close for 3 months

Bush Gardens Williamsburg reminded me a lot of early Kings Island. Shame the shops now days have nothing international in them.

It would be Mean Streak at Cedar Point. One of the only coasters that's a walk on at Cedar Point. The other being Blue Streak, but just don't see that happening.
