Well, for those of us that have never visited a Disney property yet, Disney has (kind of) come to us!!

When The Beast was designed and built, I wondered if they ever thought people could be so ignorant...

Well, it does cost less to not run a ride than it does to run it (I'd assume), but you can still advertise that you have it...

I can't help but think that this is almost like another company taking over the CF chain...I would think this guy would bring a much different philosophy to the table (not necessarily better or worse)...

I'm no amusement industry expert, but my mind is racing thinking about someone that worked for Disney so long being in charge of Kings Island (as well as the other CF parks)...

Is the small tree lined road near the entrance the old (I believe it's called) Columbia Road? Also, is that I71 further out, or is that Kings Island Drive? It's kind of hard to tell without the parking lot there for comparison. I'm glad KI hasn't released more of these pics because I wouldn't get anything done!

Here's an exchange I had with a lady while walking through FD's queue last Monday: Her: Do you know why Son of Beast is closed? Me: (In my mind: Where do I start?) Um, its been closed for a few seasons now. Her: This Sucks!! (and she continues to walk)....

Good review of DA. I went through it last Monday, and watched the movie. I really enjoyed it and thought it was a good complement to the park. I really thought they did a good job of re-purposing Action Theater for the Dinosaur Movie. Although I still miss Days of Thunder and hate they took out the motion seats, I took the experience in for what it was, and thought they did a good job.

I can't believe I rode this twice last Monday and didn't notice anything mentioned in this thread. BTW, I think I FD is easily my second favorite ride in the park. So fun.

Well, at WalGreens, a digital photo costs usually $.09-$.19. A 20 ounce Coke is around $1.30. Kings Island ain't the only one doin' it!
