It looks like there is no vertical construction today. I wonder if there is more concrete to pour in the area before they start the vertical construction? They poured that concreted really fast Monday morning.

Robbie, When you want to go we can make a trip over. It is about 90 minutes from my house. A KIC trip would be fun. Several went last year and was not able to make it myself. I agree it was a run down quite a bit last year. When Morgan RV bought them a few years ago they repainted quite a bit in the park, (Water Slides and Kiddie area.) I was hoping they would continue that over the next few years, but we have not seen that happen.

So I noticed that the old metal track is sitting on the hand railing in the video. So does the metal track not get replaced and reused? If so, do they do anything to it when replacing the track or just screw it back down to the freshly laid track?

Keep in mind, even though they might be planning no one says that have to go any further than planning. They might decide that is not the correct area for the proposed "Planning Project."

They have worked hard to get the shows at KI back to par again, maybe the next goal is to get some more concerts back at TW?

I keep thinking it might be a coaster layout, but that just really does not make sense with those lines all over the place! I'm stumped.The only think that I think we can determine is the location of this "Planning."

Is that poster going to Carowinds opening weekend this year to see if things have improved from last season?

My coworker got her iphone via Verizon last week. She seems to be happy with it so far and has seen better signal strength than with AT&T. Keep in mind we are talking about the Indy area, not Cincy. I think it is funny how AT&T talks about being able to browse the internet while talking, but fails to mention that with their spotty coverage compared to Verizon it does not do you any good! With the building I work in a AT&T user has to be at a window to get a txt message much less a call or on the internet. Verizon customers only have a few dead spots in the center of the building. For the people who get phones provided by the company, they must get a Verizon contract due to this.

When King Cobra was removed I was told by someone in the park, (non park employee) that it was because it was sinking. Not being an enthusiast at the time, I did not question it. I did question how they could build Delirium in that same area if that area was not a good place for a coaster. No one had an answer for that. Since this seemed like a logical answer, I can see how these rumors gets started. It is not hard for people to take these rumors as fact and tell someone else in the next queue.

The fact is - while it would certainly cost money to remove the ride and replace it with something new and may theoretically be cheaper to keep the ride and get it running again - that's the best option in the general enthusiast's standpoint who is judging the cost arbitrarily with no real concrete figure in mind. Figures aside, I think that if they do decide to remove SOB and place a new ride in it's place that the removal of SOB would be part of the contract with the new ride's install. Then the removal of SOB becomes the responsibly of the contractor in charge of installing the new ride. Land clearing has to happen one way or another whether it be trees or an existing structure. That also makes the cost of it's removal part of the install of a new ride, so a separate loan is not needed for it's removal.

I agree with you Erosarrow05. I think both parties are at a fault in this situation for I don't think either party has disclosed all of their intentions or worked well together, especially Q! With everything I have read that Q is doing, it still does not add up except for greed and power that I do not think they are legally granted as a until holder. It really seems to me that Q is not thinking of the long term for CF, but just the short term for the unit holders. I really think Q has the ability to make CF a better investment company for their unit holders by working with CF on understanding their financial goals. It seems to me that Q would be glad that CF is working on their debt and making sure the company is financially stable so they have a solid company to invest in for years to come. That to me would be more important than a higher distribution this year for it's unit holders. It seems that Q cant see 2 days past it's distribution. Like I said before, if Q runs CF in the ground with costing the company millions to hold these meetings and legal fees, distributions, and the company has to file bankruptcy. How much does Q calculate their units will be worth then?
