  1. Same here, started talking about this link and audio only here. http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22577&view=findpost&p=400459 Some say they think video will start at 2 pm? I hope so!
  2. I just got on and have audio but no video yet. Anyone else see/hear anything yet?
  3. For those who can't be at the park here is the live feed page. http://www.wlwt.com/video/24743680/detail.html
  4. Nice observation! 40 min to go!
  5. In my KI experience, every move done "IN a season" has a big reason. I don't believe the "shade" tagline. If they've moved, they've moved for a higher reason. I do, for they spent some money to shade the pool, my guess is they wanted to see if they were going to make any money off of it first. They may have gotten a lot of complaints about the bubbles getting to hot in the sun? Either way, I am not convinced the new ride will go in it's spot, but I could be wrong, yet again!
  6. I was really hoping to see Hourly Capacity there and it was not listed!
  7. No, KI did not announce when they would announce about a Wind Seeker, but they have a press conference at 2pm to announce their new ride for 2011. To see it live
  8. Funny, with a ride capacity of what 150 hr if that! well, they do already have eXtreme Skyflyer & slingshot. Which as you know, are additional pay rides. I am willing to bet vomatron would be a paid attraction like eXtreme Skyflyer & slingshot would be if we got one. I do think it would be cool to ride a vomatron though!
  9. Funny, with a ride capacity of what 150 hr if that!
  10. What a nice plug for KIC. Here is what their poll is reporting as of 4:08 PM on that same page as to the type of ride it is. http://www.wlwt.com/...291/detail.html Choice Votes Percentage of 336 Votes Rollercoaster 119 - 35% Water ride 18 - 5% Sky ride 177 - 53% Not sure 22 - 7%
  11. I wonder if this was a last minute decision from CF?
  12. See these pages for pics. http://www.sanduskyregister.com/2010/aug/20/aringt-cedar-point-all-clues-say-wind-seeker-or-starflyer http://www.parkworld-online.com/news/fullstory.php/aid/1596/Mondial_unveils_Wind_Seeker.html
  13. Nothing on the KI Press Release page, although I do not think they would have a press release for the press release? http://www.visitkingsisland.com/public/news/media/press_releases.cfm
  14. And KI has already be there and done that, at a lot lower altitude I might add.
  15. Or maybe that dirt pile by SOB that everyone was speculating was SOB construction?
  16. Interesting!!
  17. I guess my source was not very reliable? Thanks for the update!
  18. What are all those circle things that appears to be a ferris wheel right behind the center of the park?
  19. I bet you are so proud! I can't wait for my son to be able to ride with me, he is right at 43" this year. May hit the 44 mark for next season! My son has marathoned Woodstock Express several times. He loves it. I could not be more proud either!
  20. I will work on getting a picture of it the next time I am at the in-laws house (Since that is where it is parked.) The in-law and I both have 96 GSX's. The in-laws had theirs first on a double trailer and when we were down at Dale Hollow Lake in KY/TN two years ago we found another one exactly like his, same color and year with 100 less hours on it for sale. I told him I would buy it if I could add it to his trailer. Now we have a set between us. We really enjoy them.
  21. Glad to see the bar code stickers stayed on there. I really assumed the chlorine would have eaten them off! I did not get a call, I guess I did not win! I am glad it was a successful event.
  22. Sorry dude, I was referring to the poll question, not responding to the Disney pass comment. I guess I should have stated that. I can see how it is confusing. made an edit. Thanks!
  23. Before, I did not think there was a height requirement posted for that ride (at the ride anyway.) I know my son rode it several times when he was about 32" to 34" tall. My son loves that ride a lot as well. Always a must for him once he see's it.
  24. Edit: This comment is referring to the KI Poll: I doubt you will have the buy now pay later till after the season is over. If you do that during haunt those people get into haunt for free and then may decide they are not going to pay for that season pass later. As a business standpoint it makes more sense to wait till the Off season to offer that so they cant use their pass before they pay.
