So you're upset because you didn't get an apology, but got a phone call from a supervisor apologizing? What did you want the supervisor tell you to make you feel better about the situation? I understand it was probably stressful and a waste of your time. But, the officer was doing his job by looking for someone matching a description. The officer didn't just pick you out because you have one quality but because you matched the description of the offender. The officer may not have apologized or thanked you for your cooperation because there may have been a bigger task at hand. He could have had to respond to the area where the offender was found. As someone else said, you should call them back if you're not satisfied, nothing in all honesty will be rectified here. I can tell you, never leave the park without voicing a complaint. The more you wait by traveling home, taking a nap, lets you just get more worked up by thinking about it. There's a great place at the front gate, called Guest Services. If there is a complaint or compliment, go there before heading home. It will get addressed as soon as possible. Often times if there is a complaint someone from the department you have an issue with, will come and speak with you personally.

Welcome to KIC. KIC is not Kings Island and has no way of knowing whether or not a ride is going to be open. Rides are machines and can be operating one minute and the next, not. Honestly, the only way to know is when you walk up to the gate and see the scrolling signs with info about that day or heading to the ride entrance.

I really miss the Enchanted Theatre. I honestly wish they'd move Carnevil if they intend to keep it, bring back a show in that space.

They didn't do it last weekend by numbers. They just said goofy stuff. The two cycles I witnessed (including mine) I heard "Dueces McGooses" and then for our launch "Come With Me If You Want To Live" in an Arnold accent.

I honestly wish there was a video of the show. Not necessarily on Youtube, but maybe on DVD for purchase. Like marlfox_21 I've not always been impressed with shows at the park. This one blew every other show out of the park. I can honestly say, I teared up because it was so beautiful. So many things could have been interpreted for story line, the point of the show, etc. I am extremely happy the park has brought this act in.

Not sure about the all day meal deal, but at Coasting For Kids, since I didn't use my pass for entry, there was an issue when trying to use my season long plan for dinner because it said I didn't have anything available that day.

As a member of both and at the event, I'm not sure what you're referring to then. I spent 95% of my time with the event (20 minutes or so at Hanks for dinner) and nothing that I'm aware of happened.

Nothing to do with CFK. Coaster Crew was not involved in an "alleged" incident with Coasting For Kids.

So as of Wednesday it isn't shown as part of the dining plan, correct? As of Monday it was. It doesn't hurt to ask what is on it. My first time using it, the associates asked me what I wanted, I asked what was on the meal plan and they said any of the combos. Next time you visit or someone visits, ask if the 4 piece is on the dining plan. If so, great. If not, no big deal.

It was like $9.60 with my pass. It definitely was when I went through on Monday.

I got the 4 piece on Monday as a part of my my meal plan.

Or now you can purchase the all-day drink wrist band. Especially if you do two meals during your visit when you get drinks for each meal it "pays" it off. Then a drink while walking around the park and you've had a return on your investment!

I saw the Visual Scan live at New Jersey's Finest Theme Park.

Purchased the Season Long Dining Plan. Oh my gosh! Such a budget/life saver. By yesterday evening, the plan had paid itself off. It is worth it!!

I watched it Sunday evening at 7 pm. Such a good show! I was a bit saddened, they gave a spoiler before the show even started. I was beyond impressed. The crew was very talented. The show was so beautiful.
