  1. My music is definitly not todays music, I am mainly 60s Oldies, Beach Boys are my favorite for that decade. Though it might be way before my time, I enjoy them way better than the music I listen to on the radio. I am also a fan of KISS, which is my favorite band from the 70s, also Grand Funk Railroad. I was born in the 90s, and I have to agree that music back then was better than music now, well at least in my opinion.
  2. I love to see any footage of Kings Island, thank you!
  3. I have many Boo Blaster Glasses from previous years, if the ride ever does get removed, will they be considered Kings Island collectibles?
  4. If you look closely at the rafts of White Water Canyon, some of the Rafts still have the old Paramounts Kings Island logo on it, this is because the new logo has begun to peel off revealing the old Paramount logo. I noticed this while waiting in line, I wonder if anybody else has noticed this.
  5. As for myself I liked Scooby Doo and The Haunted Castle, not as much as I liked the Phantom Theater, but I thought it went quite well with Hanna-Barbera Land, I think it was a great ride addition and because I am a big Scooby Doo fan myself. But I never really understood the concept of Boo Blasters, so the ideas above would really better the ride for right now, until a new ride replaces it, and as I have said on here before a ride sequel would be a great idea, Kings Island brought back The Bat, it wouldnt suprise me if they brought back the Phantom Theater too.
  6. http://kifansite.com/files/2013/01/opening-spring-1972-580x300.jpg This is the only picture I have seen that has something to do with something king related, as you notice the crown above. I'm not quite sure that a king would fit in Kings Island now, unless of course a new area was themed, then I would be all in for it. Next topic, we discuss the relocation of Kings Island to an actual island.
  7. I like the idea of something else to be put right there, I think I have mentioned that before on here, that is a good idea, I would also like the fountain to be working once again, or possibly a flat ride could go there.
  8. I'm going to try to make it opening day, I just hope it's not as packed as last year, hopefully I'll be there, but until then I'll just keep watching YouTube videos, and pretend I'm at Kings Island.
  9. The 1979 map because it's the year of The Beast. I would also have to say the late 90s Paramounts Kings Islands maps are my favorite too.
  10. When the parking lot is empty at 2 in the afternoon.
  11. I had come across this article that mentions Kings Island which is pretty interesting, I dont know if this has been posted already or if anybody has read it yet. http://www.underdogdynasty.com/conference-usa/2015/1/5/7475865/a-conversation-with-ralph-carey-the-man-behind-wkus-legendary-mascot
  12. Six Flags New Orleans, I have always wondered if something will ever happen to it, I would like to see it up and running, but im sure that would take a LOT of work and money.
  13. I noticed that too as I was walking around the park, speaking of A Nightmare on Elm Street, the remake was alright but nobody can replace Robert Englund.
  14. I'm going to have to agree 100 percent! Next year though, I need to get the all season dining plan though, which I should of did last year.
  15. When I was little I used to love the Top Cat Coaster, and The Beastie. But for some reason when I rode Scoobys Ghoster Coaster, I always closed my eyes, but I loved the Rugrats Runaway Reptar coaster, I used to love waiting in line and watching the episode the ride is based on. The Wild Thornberries ride used to scare me a little because of the giant snake with steam coming out of its mouth. I always thought that the Character Carosoul was very unique, and I had never seen anything like it, I used to ride the Dino or the Scooby Doo, or the car with Fred Flintstone hanging on the back. The Nickelodeon Emergency Slime Shower, I enjoyed, because I remember my brother and I got splashed by the buckets. I also remember the Nickelodeon Store which my parents bought me a Hey Arnold! hat. I always thought that the Pixie and Dixe swings were a mini Zephyr, and I really liked that. I wish my parents took more pictures to conserve these memories.
  16. Keep it the same, and in the words of Ren and Stimpy "Happy Happy, Joy Joy!" Merry Christmas everyone!
  17. All excellent rides, my favorite coaster on the list is definitly Top Gun, I was going to say Flight of Fear, but I never rode the original Outer Limits version. The Son of Beast made The Beast look even cooler. All wonderful choices its going to be hard to pick!
  18. Ive never actually seen a air show before, thanks for the video!
  19. Definitly FruitCake, just kidding . I love anything desert containing Reese or Ice Cream.
  20. Im glad that #22 was on the list, as I have said before I am a big fan of the Simpsons. I wonder if Universal Studios Orlando will get a expansion similar to it, I do like the Kang and Kodos Spinning Ride which was also an excellent addition to the park.
  21. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8a/Nickelodeon_Studios_Burbank.JPG I found a picture of the new Nickelodeon studios, it looks decent, but still not as great as the original.
  22. The Weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful......

  23. Absolutly magnificant, I wish I was there to see that.
  24. Great video, I always love to see vintage footage of Kings Island.
