I think @King Ding Dong should get his own platinum elite diamond exclusive pass. This would allow him to have a special gondola on WindSeeker that is equipped with a Freestyle concierge.

I'm not a fan on spinny or circular rides. I'd like to see some Antique Cars. I'd like to see a Skyride. I'd like to see the train re-invigorated. Those are just my personal preferences. For others, I would like to see some thrilling rides, but I don't know enough about them to name them. Oh, I would love to see Congo Falls relocated to Rivertown.

This and the TR:TR teasers are an absolute blast. Might even be considered FUN.

The landscaping in the animation is much nicer than what we have with the Junkyard Stunt Coaster.

I went thru Coney BBQ yesterday and did not eat there. There is a marked change in the pulled pork. When I ate there last week, it was different. It smelled like bacon (I love bacon!). It had the same smell yesterday; and it looked almost like chunky hamburger. The chicken quarters looked small and wrinkled. The corn on the cob looked dried out. The smoked sausage looked good. Maybe these recent experiences have been related to the time of day and the fact that the park was relatively dead. I waited until closer to park close to get some Street Pizza. It was really good.

Some observations from my 6/26 visit: 1. It looks to me like Vortex got a new compressor. 2. The landscaping crew has taken it up a level this year. The park is really beautiful. 3. Most effects were working on Adventure Express except the wind sounds in the tunnels and the lava light was not on. I really like the swords being back on and the creaking noises on the lift hill. 4. FOF: the aluminum siding on one corner is till flapping in the breeze. 5. The Beast is running rougher this year. 6. Banshee is rattling pretty bad. 7. Even with remodels, the restrooms still smell. I think it is a combination on no automatic flushes on the urinals and a lack of air circulation. 8. Cirque Gravity is incredible. 9. Food service is much improved over previous years. Generally quick and the employees are friendly. 10. Diamondback was running great.

Hmmmm...just in the last few posts it has been said by numerous people that they have something they did not pay for. I hope these multiple drink plans are not being counted as revenue to the SEC. That could be very bad.

I can only do FOF with lights on. I get terribly nauseated with lights off.

There is no reason to use the exit ramp. Type One Diabetes does not impede my enjoyment of the park. I just have to watch my glucose levels and carry glucose tablets and an insulin pen with me. The extra steps going through the regular queue are what, I consider, I benefit.

If metal detectors are in place, are there medical exceptions? For instance, I use a Dexcom CGM (continuous glucose monitor). The sensor is metal and attached to my skin. The receiver is an app on my phone. If the sensor is more than 20' out of the range (Bluetooth), the reset period can be long. My phone is always in a zippered pocket.

I'm not expecting world class food at an amusement park. Yesterday was the first time I have had any semblance of a problem. The bright lining was that the service was excellent. The employees were all engaged and didn't have the "I don't want to be here" look or attitude. At the Rivertown Freestyle location, I was there around 4:05 and the cashier had exactly that issue. He kept talking to himself saying "I can't do this, where is my supervisor. I'm supposed to be done at 4." There was no one behind me and he went behind the wall as I was using the Freestyle machine.

First "bad" meal at Coney BBQ. It wasn't bad, the quality has just declined since my last visit last month. Service was excellent and I do recommend the baked sweet potato. It was really good! Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk

I had a great time at Dorney Park and Kings Dominion. Dorney has a great but small coaster collection. Staff was OK. Park was clean and pretty. It's also quick to get in and get out of. Kings Dominion was truly a stellar park for me. Beautiful park. Operations were great. Staff was one of the best I have ever seen. A couple of times that I couldn't find things, staff members literally stopped what they were doing and walked me to the attraction I was looking for. I can't wait to go back.

Because that is the business model that the park uses.

Egads! You are probably talking about me! And I see people who are lots older than me and I hope I still spry enough at their age to still ride roller coasters!

WWK's is being relocated to Camelbeach waterpark in the Poconos.

I loved Winterfest! I spent more $ during those four visits than I probably did in the past two seasons. Probably won't spend as much this year unless they have new long sleeve T-shirts and ornaments. But I will spend money on food and drink! Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
