Thats a bit of a bummer but they likely expect huge crowds. Still they could and should have done what Cedar Point did with Steel Vengence last summer. Start the new ride ERT at 11PM and run it until 1:30am at night. Couple other things to note. Our night time ert on the first night last year was 10-12:30am. night 2 was 10-midnight. This is 45 minutes less on night one and 15 minutes less on night 2. I think we are getting one extra hour of ert Sat morning. Sat morning started at 9am last year this year 8am. This year we don't have behind the scenes tours of Banshee, a haunted house or a behind the scenes tour of Flight of Fear. We are only getting lights on rides this year. People wanted the chicken dance added to the Itinerary this year and it seems like that replaced the Banshee tour.
IndyGuy4KI
Remember we never really ever began at 10 anyway because regular guests were in line and we had to wait for them to clear out. Looks like this just put some more accurate time on when we can start riding. Counting up the rides, we gained more this year and total ERT time is more.

Ticket prices will be roughly $50 for passholders and $90 for non Passholders. 4 minutes ago, Hawaiian Coasters 325 said: How fast did this sell out last year? Anyone know? Thanks. It when for a bit last year, but with Orion I would get your ticket sooner rather than later.
Pagoda Gift Shop
The itinerary is more evidence that Kings Island is taking the noise complaints seriously and doing something about it. No Orion at night and Diamondback ERT is listed as ending at 11:30pm
BoddaH1994
Notice how DB is until 11:30p while the others are until midnight. If you need proof that it's about noise ordinances then here you go. Edit: @Pagoda Gift Shop beat me to it.

Pagoda Gift Shop
I'll also add that I'm impressed with how detailed the itinerary is already. I seem to recall that in past years there was not many details available when tickets first went on sale.

malem
Late check-in has always been possible, with ticket/lanyard pick-up moving to Guest Services after the main check-in window closes. With Pre-Check, the materials are shipped to you in advance, so you're good to enter right away. One caveat is that if you're not in the park when it closes for the night, you might not be able to get in for night ERT. 1 hour ago, Cedar Fair Fanboy said: No night ride on Orion? "Well that's disappointing." Disappointing, but understandable with the long lines it will be likely to draw as a new ride. After the public line clears, there likely wouldn't be enough time for an ERT session. Especially if noise is an issue. Hopefully everyone can make it to the charity auction, which will feature Orion night ERT.

You need to be a member of one of the listed coaster clubs to participate in the event, the platinum pass however gives you a discounted price. IndyGuy4KI
I would like to add that last year there were some attendees who gave or loaned their lanyards to people that didn't buy a ticket. I wouldn't be surprised to see the park having a hand stamp for each day this year. I sure would hate for people to keep doing this and the event no longer happen.

Isn't that why they check for club cards at the turnstiles? Also I thought the Coasterstock Lanyard had our name on it with a barcode and maybe even a picture. I know its easier to do bad things like that at Coastermania due to everybody getting the same paper Lanyard. At that park once you're in you're in. Also If they go to handstamps it better be something that doesn't wash off in the rain or due to sweat or the Charlie Brown Log Flume. Or the Powerade bath from the person in the seat in front of you on Diamondback...
