Ugh not great. We knew this but not great for the company.
The seat belt discussion, my unwanted 2 cents: it would be a much needed bandaid for any company doing poor maintenance. It sounds like the more that’s discussed the more a seat belt would have at least kept him in the seat when it failed from them not doing something.
