I could do that, but not for SF passes. CF Platinum would be worth it.

Overall I don’t think KI has good food service. However I do not subscribe to that line of reasoning because while they may have your money this year they may not get it next year. In truth if I was only visiting KI I might not get the meal plan but half our visits are to CP and the food service there, while not great, is a lot better (most of the time) than KI.

@chuck norris What is even funnier is the few times I have eaten there this year I have said good things about the actual food. I beleive I roasted them pretty good earlier in the year for pulling the e-stop on the entire line for 10 minutes becuase they ran out of Mac and cheese. Where did I say anything about the meal plans in response to your posts? (I took screen shots so don’t bother changing them).

Lol. You don’t know what you are talking about. “Lack of support”. I have bought 3 platinum meal plans for my family the past 3 seasons. What I don’t do is brown nose.

Is that exactly what they called it? It annoys me to no end when restaurants do that. Just stating things like “BBQ Beef” tells me nothing. What cut of beef is it? A cow has so many various muscles that taste completely different I have no way of judging if I want to pay the price or not. /end rant

Mondo Monsoon. It is big, SC is closed so the air is calm, CF has slowly been taking them out of other parks. KI and Michigan’s Adventure are the last two left. The whole 10/28 date thing doesn’t really fit however.

There is another way of looking at that. The fact that it did need a couple of new footers is somewhat ominous. Maybe they HAD to replace those this year just to keep it open but many of the others are starting to have issues as well (sinking jokes aside). Possibly the original concrete was not the best quality. How many footers does that thing have? Just a couple had issues and all the others are just fine? Maybe, maybe not.

The other aspect is for teens it is just to place to hang out with friends and be seen. Sort of like the mall, they aren’t there necessarily to shop and buy something. If they are passholders will a meal plan it is incredibly cheap entertainment.

Maverick is accommodating. The B&Ms will be similar to KI, a tight and close fit. Don’t bother with Millennium Force, Dragster, Wicked Twister, Drop Tower or Steel Vengeance. Skyhawk will probably be close as well.

I think a 8,000’ Giga would cost less than that.

Considering KI already announced them this year I don’t think they will announce them next year.

I can’t comment on the parts issue as I have no idea If Vekoma supplies parts or not. However Firehawk is still a popular ride and rarely a walk on unlike several other coasters in the park.

I really like how it is a hybrid dual rail/monorail coaster. Impressive engineering.

Might want to take a look at the date for that as it is referencing last season. (Into the 2018 winter)

And for some reason it was different than a lawn mower or snow blower. Not sure why unless it was the regular (leaded) gasoline or maybe they were 2 cycle engines and the added oil made a difference.
