  1. I’m all for a Camp Snoopy retheme! I don’t know about anyone else but I think Flying Ace Aerial Chase is at the end of its life and has gotten very rough recently. I would like to see a new gen Vekoma suspended coaster like Dollywood’s in that spot. It could be themed to something with Camp Snoopy. The new gen’s are so much smoother and offer a much better ride experience.
  2. I really hope B&M and Cedar Fair keep a good relationship even after all of this. If they don’t that only really leaves GCI and Zamperla as frequent manufacturers. Also what if Dragster 2.0 doesn’t go well for Zamperla and it is problematic. All I know is B&M needs to do everything possible to keep a good relationship with Cedar Fair.
  3. Do you know specifically where they added them?
  4. Honestly I am excited to see what Zamperla can do. ( If it is indeed Zamperla ) The lightning trains look awesome. If this is successful it will be huge for Zamperla and Cedar Fair.
  5. I think an indoor family coaster would be great I just don’t want to lose the Boo Blasters building. Maybe when Flight of Fear reaches the end of its service life we could see Area 72 see some new theming along with a new indoor family coaster in the Flight of Fear building.
  6. I only trust big companies in other countries. Like B&M, Intamin, RMC and Mack. I think most of the accidents in Europe have come from manufactures that don’t exist anymore.
  7. Weren’t the original Iron Dragon support colors red track and grey supports?
  8. I’ll give this a shot. 1. Orion 2. Mystic Timbers 3. Diamondback 4. Banshee 5. The Beast 6. The Bat 7. Backlot Stunt Coaster 8. Adventure Express 9. The Racer 10. Flight of Fear ( It has gotten rough as the years go on ) 11. Woodstock Express 12. Invertigo 13. Great Pumpkin Coaster 14. Flying Ace Aerial Chase
  9. I love Orion. It’s like a mini Fury. I think if it had a few more low to the ground elements then it would be better but it’s still an amazing coaster. Also don’t know if it is just me but I hear a lot that Orion, D-back, and Banshee have rattles compared to other B&M’s. Personally, Orion and Diamondback are glass smooth to me. I have had 1 ride on Banshee where it was very shaky. I came off with a headache. I went to ride it again soon after and it was glass smooth. I rode green train when it felt shaky then I rode Purple train second time around. I have ridden Candymonuim, Fury, just to name a few other B&M’s. I have not noticed anything different than our B&M’s.
  10. I do think a dive coaster would be nice but with 3 out of the last 4 coasters coming from B&M I hope we get something different. Don’t get me wrong I would love a dive but just not the next coaster we get.
  11. I have a feeling 2025 is our year for our next coaster. That would be 5 years after Orion but 2020 and 2021 were pandemic years so keeping the 3 year cycle between coasters ( Banshee 2014, Mystic 2017, Orion 2020) 2025 would hit the 3 year mark. With that said I still believe a Mack Multi launch would be an amazing addition to the park but I have been thinking lately and a RMC ground up in The Vortex plot ( Not themed to Son of Beast ) that would top Gwazi and Vengeance would be incredible. What about the tallest, fastest, steepest Hybrid coaster? It wouldn’t be longer than Vengeance but longer than Zadra and Iron Gwazi. I know Cedar Fair doesn’t usually give the record breakers to KI but Steel Vengeance has already been passed by Zadra and Gwazi in most of the stats besides length. I am just hoping here but I really would love to see this come to life at KI it would really be an outstanding addition.
  12. Interesting… Also, RMC has been teasing outpost 5 on Twitter. Probably means nothing but when we get the outpost 5 tweet I wonder if anything Son of Beast still out there kind of message will be in it. Love the teasing!
  13. Seems to be running at the moment! Whatever happened they seemed to have fixed it.
  14. Surprisingly low waits! I’ve heard that Steel Vengeance is running slow this year so far that there is no ejector in the back, only the front. Did you find this to be the case?
  15. It’s not listed as opening mid May on the website anymore.
  16. I’ve always felt that the balance between Fl and Regular line has been rough on Antique Autos. The line was 1 and a half rails one time and it took 45 minutes for me to get on because even if you were next they always chose FL over regular line.
  17. Sorry for the double post. Steel Vengeance hasn’t opened since the park opened today. Park opened 2 hours ago.
  18. Thanks! So do you think I should try to go there first or wait till the afternoon because it may not open?
  19. I know that Steel Vengeance isn’t on early entry anymore which is disappointing but I have also heard that it doesn’t even open on time with the park on weekdays? Is this true?
  20. I think this would be a cool addition however with B&M having built 3 of the last 4 major coaster Installations I don’t see them as the manufacturer for our next coaster. I think a Mack multi launch or extreme spinner would be the best fit for the park.
  21. Anyone know why Banshee is currently closed?
  22. I can’t find that on KI’s website. Where did you find it?
  23. This is reminding me of Volcano’s final year…. At the end of last year it was running well and the issues from last summer seemed to be fixed so whatever the issue is it seems to be recent.
  24. Looks great! Did the trains receive new clamshells along with the repaint this year?
