They could be moving it for something in Haunt. I hope. Or maybe they need more room to move the queue which is what I hope they do.

At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if they just shut Drop Tower down for the rest of the season. The off season isn’t that far off. Glad to see BLSC open! Our maintenance team is incredible!

Especially if KI adds a new ride in the future the sales will sky rocket for the skip the line for a new ride if one does come in the future.

I would hope in the feature we get a Action Zone re-theme Kind of how Jungle X-pedition is at Kings Dominion and what Carowinds is getting next year with a couple of flats, Banshee and The Bat Repaints, maybe take out Invertigo and Congo falls and add something from Zamperla or if Canada’s Wonderland new flat is high capacity something like that. Maybe they could theme the area to something along the lines of a Haunted land to fit with Banshee, kinda like how Carowinds new area is themed around Afterburn and they spread it thought the area.

That would be perfect! And they could have a top deck to just watch the roller coaster run it’s course.

If they did something to Rivertown I would hope we get like a Mack multi-launch or Intamin launch themed to the Wild West in Vortex plot with a restaurant with a out door deck to sit on and overlooking The Vortex plot of land.

They have signs everywhere that also say to buy a glowing necklace If you don’t want to be scared by the scare actors who do their job.

I finally got the chance to ride Banshee again this year here are my thoughts. It was Noticeably more rough than last year, I felt the train shaking a bit more through the inversions. It was very surprising. Drop just as great. I love every time when you get to the bottom of those inversions the temperature drops like 10 degrees. I don’t know why Banshee is like that compared to Orion or Diamondback, those are Butter smooth.

K.I. & Miami rail road is closed as well.

Drop Tower seems down. Backlot says open I haven’t heard if that is confirmed. Orion says closed I don’t know why. Update: Orion now says open 10 minute wait. Must have just been something to do with testing and they fixed it.

Can anyone confirm if Orion is open or closed right now? I heard that it is closed.

I noticed today that Backlot Stunt Coaster is closed? I know the back of the white train was dismantled but did they shut down the ride for 1 train not working instead of running the blue or red train?

So wait, from my understanding if you buy let’s say 3 of passes during the flash sale, every single pass gets a free FLP?

I agree, I do think a park like Kings Island where there are lots of things to do that are not just roller coasters is fine with gold pass early entry, personally I have not had a problem with to many people for early entry when I have gone.

I read the benefits again for the 2023 gold passes and it says you can use your Fast Lane August 11-October 30th 2022, then it says excludes Saturdays and Sunday September 4th so thank you for pointing the Sunday September 4th out to me, looks like you can’t use it on Saturdays though. Thank you!

I was watching the pov again and it looks like parts of the ride are regular wood track, most of it looks like Titian track but there are parts that look like wood track, I wonder why.

Wouldn’t have KI said something before the passes for 2023 went on sale? Cedar Fair released their attraction list for 2023 and didn’t say anything about new attraction for KI.
