Id like to sign up for the trip. I will be 18 in April. I'm having trouble using this slow laptop trying to get every bit of info so bear with me here, but I can go. I just talked to Bill anout possibly rooming with him, Ryan (Boddah1994) and Tom (SOB_TOM). Thanks to everyone working on this, this looksl ike its gonna be an amazing trip, maybe jsut as insane (in some ways) as Me Ryan, Bill, and Danes last GL trip. I accidently posted this under king maples name, im using his laptop, my bad. But yeah, count me in! I live in Fairfield Ohio if you wanna add me to the list and I will most likely go to the CP encore, I just went to CP for the first time last thursday and theres so much that it needs two days. Avatar, I think your idea of having a forum for adults, where mostly intelligent conversation can be held, is a good idea andit has been presented a few times. However, unfortuanently it is too easy to lie and just change your age on here (I used to do it all the time so that when they used announce birthdays on here they would announce mine like twice a week). It would be hard to enforce and where can you really cut the line? Over 30 forum? Well, I know some people in their 20's that are pretty intelligent, in fact two of them run this site. Over 21 forum? They can all drink but couldnt someone 20 years old be considered be considered an adult too. I like your idea a lot, and I HIGHLY agree with you that there are some members on here who dont respect the older posters, but I dont think it will happen on PKIC since it would be too hard to enforce. My suggestion to you is, maybe create a free Yahoo group or get one of those free trail version message boards, maybe even a myspace group and invite those from here that youd like to see in an adult forum, that way your talk is also not limited to PKI and PKIC still remains a fun place for everyone of all ages, that are atleast 13 years old or have written permission from a parent citing FCC rules and regulations .

There are still some decent stand ups out there, Mantiss is alright and Vortex at PC isnt too shabby either. Iron Wolf on the other hand and the former Batman at SFAW are another story.

I agree back in 2001 7th Portal was the !!! too bad it didnt catch on people werent familiar with those characters thats why it was pulled. And the fact that the story line was way too complex to follow, I had to ride the ride a few times and I think I got the general scope of the 7th portal outline. I agree with you about the un-familiarization, Stan Lee did a good job with those charecters, it just never caught on. While I'm glad to still see and HB ride in the park, I think the movie is just awful, the story line is basic yet there is WAY too much going on that it hurts your head trying to comprehend everything, its always out of focus due to the fact that you can tell its meant to be in 3d. It seems as of late all hte movies iWERKS (or iJERKS as some like to call them) has released for their theatres have been generally annoying. Robots of Mars at GL is awful!

When I went with the PKIC staff on our recent GL trip, we scored a Motel 6 for only 40 bucks!

When a ride that normally goes up and down without a glitch suddenly stops and most of the guests, if not all, have never experienced this they are not going to be calmed down by some guy going "its doing it again". How does say hes prepared to deal with it? He DIDNT say "its doing it again, oh well, I know how to deal with it and fix it safely and quickly" he DID say "its doing it again" leave lots of questions unanswered and un-attended. Judging from Avatar's report I'd say Chris handled it very well but maybe that wasnt the best thing to say. SOB_TOM what have you been smoking? Besides cigarettes.

^Wow, yeah, lets tell the guests that the power goes out normally and that htey normally evacuate rides and that this is a regular occurance, that'll win em over. Why not just assure them that you've been trained to deal with situations like this before and that the situation is being taken care of? You just worry about when the power goes out at the whack a moles.

^I was wondering where those pictures where, I was looking in the wrong gallery the entire time. Yeah, part of the que is closed off but it could still be of use to them, if only they would put a ride there. Twice they said they were going to put something there then nothing ever came of it. Eurobungee does not count. Those are some great pictures though, that can only be found on PKIC, ahh just more unique and exclusive content from PKIC.

^That's a good point, I could see that being a major possibility, they have the old FC que and the lazer tag building/cinema 180 building but the use of that would depend on how far away it is from the other haunts but with the stagin tent using the same acess road they sit on and Action FX theatre right there (probably showing some fearfest movie) I could see that as a good possibilyt. I cant wait till Kidz Bop 11, theyr'e doing a Rage Against The Machine Song. I love how they filmed a video at a Cedar Fair park yet did a concert tour at Six Flag's Parks. "Giggle"

Great TR Avatar's daughter, you have excellent grammar and punctuation skills for someone whos only 6 years old. Better than most on this site in fact. Glad to see you having fun with your family at Kings Island, thats what its all about, those memories will last a long time.

You wouldnt happen to have a better qaulity video of that would you? I just dont expect low quality from Ryan Suhr.

Great trip report PKIbeast, myself, Bill (zosobeast), Ryan (Boddah1994), and Dane (Dane186V2) were actaully up there the day before you. We didnt do WIld Water Kingdom but we did do all the coasters and time twister and texas twister like you and your brother did. Our trip report is here. I gotta disagree with you on one thing though, the villian is an AWFUL coaster. By far the worst th ing I've ever ridden. It's rougher than any woodie I've ever been on and that includes Son of Beast, and I can tolerate and enjoy Son of Beast, but the Villian is terrible in my opinion. Once again, good TR!
