I feel sorry for all the people involved in this. It's a shame that Kinzel isn't one of the ones having to deal with the mess he created. In some ways I can also understand why CF keeps appealing this - what are they going to do with the person who took over for Falfas? You can't fire someone simply because the court says you have to reinstate their predecessor in that position, but it's also tough to relocate that person within the company due to the nature of said position.

That is a different situation. The county owns all the riverfront lots near Paul Brown Stadium where tailgating is not only allowed but often encouraged. Unfortunately it looks like I'll be missing this again. I spent too much time debating whether I wanted to do both this and the space/sci fi concert from the Cincy Pops that same weekend (meaning taking two days off work) and just realized it's too late to request that day off now. With Madam Fatales, we weren't told to stop taking pictures until we were partway through the actual haunt itself. I just assumed they didn't want us revealing all the hiding places for those who will be going through them (I'm not a fan of haunted stuff so I won't be one of them), but given the amount of people doing the tours, the fact that they just didn't want things getting clogged up makes more sense.

I'm surprised by the "if you do it, make sure you don't get caught" posts on here. The point is, it's not legal, whether you get caught or not. You should not be doing it or encouraging others to find ways to skirt the law. As enthusiasts I like to think that we should be setting examples for park guests, not purposely ignoring the rules.

A parking garage would not work at KI. If anything, it would make parking worse. Imagine the same amount of cars that you see at 10pm on a busy day at KI but compressed into an area less than half the size, with limited exit lanes and several levels of traffic.
