  1. Depending on how long the line is, they will likely have an employee staffed at the end and shut it down at a certain point. I would assume that time would be 10 PM.
  2. I'm going to guess 3 hours.
  3. The last time I worked at the park, the backstage area still had all of the Hanna Barbara costumes.
  4. I'm glad that you have ruled it out 100%, but that has absolutely zero bearing on what the park is going to do. The park has reused a station before, so it wouldn't be out of the realm of reasonable. The station itself is not a large portion of the project budget, but it's a significant amount when you include the queue line, exit, photo booth, maintenance access roads, and the biggest cost, utilities. I don't think the park will use it for a coaster station, because I don't believe they'll install another coaster in an already cramped corner of the park.
  5. That's pretty interesting. Very cool layout if it was an Airplane clone.
  6. Tech Services is in the basement of the building, so they could in theory tear down the walls and roof of that building, and keep the floor as the roof for Tech Services, I don't think they will though.
  7. Let's RMC Woodstock Express.
  8. They are actually open for Math and Science day and they are fairly crowded. Just drove by on lunch.
  9. I would think the front would have more ejector, just based on physics.
  10. I would be really surprised if they added major coasters in back to back years.
  11. Firehawk's average wait at Cedar Point would be 3 hours on a weekday.
  12. Cedar Point doesn't have the large demographic of people to pull like Kings Island does for seasonal work. Kings Island at least in the past, has had some International Workers. I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that they are building dorms for them inside of the park. There are a lot of logistical/safety issues along with that.
  13. Spirit Song is not a big enough draw to build a new theater. If they think that land is more valuable for expansion, they'll use it. I personally don't think they will.
  14. If I recall correctly, Arrow Coasters use an accumulator to keep the brakes closed, which requires the accumulator to stay charged. Other coaster companies use air pressure to open the brakes.
  15. That's a plan I'd sign up for!
  16. I believe that Boom is used for maintenance as well as potential evacuation on Invertigo.
  17. I wish they could bring back Days of Thunder. Those weeks in 2004 were glorious.
  18. I would gather, no. I had never seen one when I worked in the park. Call guest services to be sure.
  19. There are a lot of people griping about speculation in this speculation thread.
  20. That Six Flags park was pretty cool, but the thing I think is the most hilarious, was when the park was at it's peak in 2005, a few friends of mine and I went to Geauga Lake for one day and were planning on going to CP the next day. We rode everything at GL in about 6 hours and ended up going to Cedar Point that night for a few hours as well.
  21. I've not heard of the park actually pursuing action on anyone, except people throwing things from the Eiffel Tower. That being said, the official on ride videos are much higher quality than anything you are taking on your GoPro or cell phone, just don't do it.
  22. I think more likely is they don't care.
  23. Also, cost of attendance has skyrocketed, so goodbye to that $59.99 combo.
  24. Not necessarily. They might serve as a quarter chicken (breast +wing or thigh).
