It's wood..Park has alot of it..I doubt this means anything re: RMC, etc.You do realize they are currently and always reparing/working on the wooden coasters/structures in the park.Tony is famous for making something out of nothing, I doubt it's anything seriously important. Wood is wood, I don't get worked up over small things like this.

Dunno why people keep count like this, or consider it a huge feat to get that many rides..Hey I got 10k rides on Millie, look at my cards and here have pins, lets celebrate that I ride a ride..That'd be like me celebrating how many times I drive down 675..Never understood any of that I go to parks, I enjoy the parks, and I enjoy the rides. Guess it takes a bit more of an enthusiast to count rides and ride rides 6k times, keep count, and keep enjoying it over and over all day Lastly..Why Millie? I don't even marathon that and I've had more of a chance than he has in the past honestly Also looks like the wife doesn't approve, hehe

Kudos* And yes I agree, lots of extra work and stress for him and many others lately. Hopefully all their hard work pays off for this seasons revenue, which I believe it probably will. I just hope more that KI can make sure these issues don't happen at frequency again, they don't need all the stress of news reports/etc. ontop of daily operations. Besides, I kind of like FOF

Lately I've felt old..almost a quarter of a century old, and then working in the ER, you see alot of mortality issues here and there, and prepare for them. Biggest contributor I feel is unboxing one of the last boxes from home my parents brought down for me .Old burned discs with files, OS's, games (with requirements in the mghz range, etc.

I have, twice actually. However, management did not entirely like it, and has asked him to stop. Management at the parks want generic, rehearsed spiels, even though ride ops there don't want to. It's amazing when I take KI ride op friends there the first time, and they're amazed at the difference in ride op procedures, and how the park treats CF employees.

Surprised also I didn't think of this early..Doubt it's a huge issue, but I could see issues regarding it. For people working there, working doubles, ect. how long are they staying extra. Many minor employees there, and for rides, they are unable to bring cell phones in the park with them. How are they going to coordinate that, or the extra hour of work that could warrant another break. Hopefully swings weren't sent home yet or called back in, etc. I will say some employees are probably happy, get an extra hour of pay. I know at CP I'd take that hour gladly. Not ganna be a good day for the park today or tomorrow I feel, it's unfortunate this is happening, but hope for the best.

It won't be the end of the story, does the news ever leave anything to just the press release 9 times out of 10, of course not. Right now news crews are probably having a blast, it's an easy story to cover and high publicity.Look at the lift hill Banshee issue, there's been f/u discussions and even a conversation with Mr Helbig as a result. ^Again, I agree, but they have the right to do so, can't take that away from them. It seems pathetic I know and I would agree. However, again, it's their right to do so. Least there's not a CEO's wife next door complaining and encases a ride in a box and adds a space theme.

^Exactly..They are entitled to do that, as much as it kind of seems lame for them to countlessly complain about loud noise, they are entitled to.

Exactly my point... Ride reopens today after having electrical issues. Ride has large load on electrical systems within the park, possibly effects outside too not certain, I'm not the service provider. Service Provider immediately comes out and says we're not at fault, and it's something inside. Only can think of a few things..coincidences seem very legit Regardless, hopefully the park comes out and explains the issue, and possible remedies. If not, more press released and hungry news stations will have lots of stories this summer I feel.
