The markers in the queue line are spaced 12' apart. So they are staggered. If you stop at the line and hold your position, I found that the people behind you will catch on. So I think they handled it well and logically. I just would make sure not to touch the railings, I saw a YouTube "star" alternate between making out with his girlfriend, put his hands down his shorts, and then touch the railings.

The Beast IS the best roller coaster in Ohio....or anywhere for that matter. (my opinion and opinions are subjective!)

I agree with @malem. And maybe, just maybe, the park wants to try and make some money to offset the millions they have lost this year. I know they are in the business to make money and my relationship with them is about that (from a cynical perspective), but I think back to how I have used my pass, meal plan and drink plan over the years. So I will pay full freight at this stand at some point because you help people when they are down. Slaughter me in response, but that is my perspective.

I'd say they have 4 dope coasters. Lightning Run is outstanding, Thunder Run is just plain fun and the airtime is amazing. Storm Chaser, well what can I say about it but Oh Wow. KY Flyer packs a wallop and is fun.

Amen to that! People like to gripe and complain when it's pretty simple: If you want to go to KI, follow their rules. If you are afraid of contracting the virus at KI or other places, don't go! If you think masks are an infringement of your rights, don't frequent businesses that require them. If you support the rights of businesses to operate their business as they see fit, put that into practice! Chill on both sides. It could be much worse--Kings Dominion can only open with 1000 people and therefore they are closed. We could be KD. How much would that suck?

I do too! It was my #100. When I went to HP, I could have chosen any coaster there, but based on my love of Mind Bender at SFOG, I chose SooperDooperLooper!

^Also, think of what could happen if the Junkyard coaster was relocated to either Action Zone or sent to another park. Think of what a massive, iconic and fun roller coaster than could take up those two plots.

^I like patches. I also have started to collect coaster logos on bourbon barrel lids. They are going in my man cave if I ever get it dry walled.

Masks are to protect others, not you. Alternately, an N95 will help to protect the wearer, but you have to be fit tested, wear the correct style of N95 and not have facial hair. Or wear a PAPR, but I dont think they would they would let you on a ride with it on Please wear your masks properly, meaning, cover your mouth and nose with it!

This is going to be an awesome addition to KI. I like that it doesn't need to have a bunch of bunny hills at the end, it maintains speed until the brake, or it appears so!

Mocking? I happen to like his posts and signature line. Imitation is a form of flattery. You're pointing out his misspelling is the classy move, as well as your quotation marks. Facts are evolving rapidly about this virus. What has been accepted has been thrown out and accepted again. Anti-mask? Hardly. With the way the guidelines change, I tend to rely on years of evidenced-based practice. It's hard to believe a standard mask is going to have much of its intended purpose left because of a variety reasons after approximately 30 minutes of constant wear. I've made it abundantly clear that masks contain sputum and saliva that could contain the virus. Nowhere have I postulated strange government control theories, excess CO2 inhalation or low oxygen levels in mask wearers. In fact I have advocated that people should wear masks, even if they doubt the effectiveness, out of a spirit of selflessness. You must have me confused with someone else. So much for the kindler, gentler Ding Dong.

The difference is that @IndyGuy4KI stated his thought as his opinion not as fact. Another poster stated his viewpoint as a fact, inferring he is an expert on the subject. There is a big difference. It's the tallest longest fastest meanest difference ever to strike KIC.

My bad, I forgot that after you left your job at KI you became an expert on global pandemics, how to end them and prevent them for the future! Oh and drones too!

I guess, but just last week you were bemoaning and graphing the spiral of death and destruction in Warren Co Ohio, home to Kings Island the Fun and Only.

Wow, the infection rate just shot up in White Co after the park was open for just a few hours! Everybody run and hide! @gforce1994, you are certainly an enigma. You want what is in the best interest of KI when it comes to drones, but your fear of coronavirus posts may cause people to avoid going to KI and spending money.

Disney will do what is best for the bottom line and shareholders. If they believe the current climate will accumulate more cash flow in tangible and intangible ways, they will change it. If not, they won't. The feelings of what is right and wrong will not motivate any change, but they will use those feelings to bring in more cash.

I always thought that the rattle on Diamondback was because of the wheels, not the track. I definitely notice in my nether regions when I am on a train with a bad rattle on Diamondback. Banshee has this shake/rattle than can be annoying, but I don't ride Banshee but once or twice a visit.

As one of the kids of the 80's, I remember that commercial very well. My parents would not let me ride The Bat because rumors swirled that somebody died on it, same with King Kobra. When The Beast commercial came on in 1979, I remember being scared by it. I would sneak out of bed and watch TV and would freak out and run and sleep under my parent's bed. I had matured by the time The Bat commercial came on and had ridden The Beast, so no more night terror for me!
