That's great; that means the park is starting to open up again! Also, those lights on MT are nice. Now, if only we could know when Bat will be getting its trains put back on... :D

It probably won`t be much longer before the State ride inspectors from the Department of Agriculture start certifying rides at KI for the 2017 season.  Another sign that spring is right around the corner.

I'm assuming lights such as these will be only on the lift and brake run, just like The Beast.. If any lights are elsewhere, I'm thinking along the feel of Banshee.. meaning, colored and meant to go with the theme...

Though I really like the idea from.. I apologize for not remembering.. but of having the turquoise lights in the trees very sporadic almost ominous like.. Though, I wouldn't want that if you could see wires running everywhere during the day :P

I can only imagine that the park might add some lights to the shed as well like Banshee's station is lit up, also possibly a hologram in the queue like Banshee has?

What is this Banshee queue hologram of which you speak?

I still wonder how it'll look with the trees fully grown in

Leafed out trees in time for Opening Day might be one benefit of the unseasonably warm "winter" we've been having.

Until it's summer and we have people passing out from waiting in line.

If only there were a way to cool off when you're stuck in lines- eh probably takes some foresight for it to work

Its not really a hologram, i meant to put a projected image, it's in the queue line

Banshee's queue uses RGB Par cans for wash and effect lighting, and rotating head spotlights for the Banshee spot and other spotlight effects.

That's what happened with Beast I think. The tunnel was one of the last things completed on the ride. Probably due to Clearance tests as Silver stated.

The helix tunnel was not added until after the first season on The Beast.

EDIT: Added helix to specify that I am only talking about the helix tunnel.

Well it depends on which tunnel you're talking about. And the scar on my wrist suggests they didn't feel the need to run clearance tests on the helix tunnels at that stage of tort law ;)

(still my fault for having my hands up)
