  1. Any pictures of it? I remember the sign out the front, and my grandmother for some strange reason liked the attraction. If I was on it, sure don't remember it
  2. Here's the front view. I need to get the wrinkles out of it, got it hanging up now.
  3. A few people might have seen I'm building up a pretty big display case of things I got between Kings Island, CP and SeaWorld. Found a couple boxes I had put away of uniforms I've gotten through KI. Decent pile of the blue polo Paramount shirts , hats. And these and In one of the other boxes I'm pretty sure the Top Gun jumper suit is in it, I remember getting one of the last ones and its about a size off for me lol. Anyone remember when the Days of Thunder uniform were worn? I'm guessing for the Action Theater, which is something I personally not to go on.
  4. Oh okay, thank you Terpy. We never called it a bridge, always been causeway.
  5. I don't think KI does, but CP did/does I believe. (TTD came to mind)
  6. Just want to get Christmas over with.

  7. I broke my thumbnail off on Drop Tower and didn't sue KI Just lesson learned... don't let your fingernails get too long. But it did hurt! I know of another suit, dunno of its outcome. But lady suing the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago cause apparently she slipped in the splash zone at the dolphin show. Sue the flippered ones!? >.> buuuhhh. Welcome to America - home of the sue happy, I guess.
  8. Orcas themselves have responded in different ways. Two of the females were aggressive with each other in Orlando, one of the two females passed away herself back in September, I think the changes did confuse her cause she craved attention from her trainers and was used to allowing several trainers ride her all at once. Things seem to doing better now though since trainers started back up with physical contact, tho I do wish they get back in the water, because stopping that would increase the chances of another incident happening. Probably the saddest though was one of the California females at the SW there sitting in front of her trainer constantly sticking out her tongue waiting for her trainer to rub it, when it got no response she pulled it back in and stuck it out again. It went on for several minutes That was days after the attack. Tilikum is a good whale, and Dawn was a amazing woman she loved that big guy to pieces, it always showed in her smile and facial expression.
  9. When did they start running it?
  10. Finally I was feeling bad for the poor sweet baby on the last day
  11. But you will admit that since Firehawk is a transplanted ride they certainly had a good idea what the lines would be like...so if the park had wanted to have shelves they could have just built the station bigger. I know lines never have anything to do with popularity, but that coaster seemed to lack lines the few times I saw it at Cleveland (but the park was semi empty as well those times). Since it came to KI I hardly go on it cause I lack the patience to put up with a line
  12. Precisely this I don't like Mantis, yet I never wish CP to remove it . Just choose not to ride it.
  13. Why remove Iron Dragon? Don't like it, don't ride it. Its always open and going whenever I am there, unlike Dragster Mantis I am not a big fan for... therefore I don't ride it since I only been on it a handful of times since it opened.
  14. River Town Junction is my favorite if I got my dad or someone along since other than IR and I-Street Skyline, and maybe Festhaus its the only real "restaurant" there, imo. (to me, my idea of one is go inside and sit down and eat)
  15. I don't even see a point for a webcam for something like that.
  16. ...kind of like animal trainers at SW >.>
  17. So Saturday I found myself meeting up with Karen, two of her daughters, granddaughter along with RingMaster, rotag, Dustin and a couple others. Great and very entertaining night, specially whatever antics RingMaster decided to do, or the combination of him, myself and rotag getting an occasional startle out of Kaaaarreennnn. The maze count, (when I went along, dunno what they hit after I departed) were Tombstone, Carnevil, Slaughterhouse and Wolf Pack. It was my first time in Wolf Pack and must say I do love the details in that house (despite the lack of actors), in particular the host Anyways... some fave pics of the night. There are more, feel free to look around the album Okay for closing day, didn't take as many pictures. But I did enjoy my time. Got my final ride on Dback, 2 go rounds on The Beast, then Flight of Fear, Racer, Adventure Express.... and my final ride of the season took place at Flight Deck. Twice had the train to myself, so cool without all the screaming XD Okay... the pictures I did take consisted of mostly incorporating the fall colors with the Tower and fountains. Yeah, nothing to tickle the fancy of the thrill seekers. Hello offseason! and my birthday is less than 2 months off, lol XD
  18. Thank you Terpy and um no one mind me dad... 9_6
  19. Am I reading some of this right? Government running an amusement park? My dad is a former Government employee (yes, the Metro >.>) and he kind of laughed when I mentioned the thought. "well the rides will never be open"
  20. ^Thank you! and everyone else. Me and my dad gonna be there Friday and Saturday yayness
  21. This is why I want Haunt separate admission... but probably won't happen. Pretty much the truth. Especially for Knott's.. a year round park and its busiest time is Haunt. My dad and mom, are hardcore Christians and yet my dad was having way too much fun with having his picture taken in an open coffin couple Haunts ago. lol.
