New in 2014 at Cedar Point!
jdawg1998 replied to kicsehlhorst's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
This is actually a really nice addition. After opening Gatekeeper I wasn't expecting them to have anything new for 2014. I wish I could go to CP again, but my parents have no desire in going... -

I added Banshee to the poll (at the bottom).

It involves caring about something...

I'm not sure what you're asking...please elaborate. -
It would be nice for KI to get just one more classic midway ride. They are cheap and fun for families.

If it could fit inside, it likely couldn't swing. -- I think the walkway between International Showplace, Diamondback, and Back Lot Stunt Coaster could use 2-3 flat rides.. It's empty. And then maybe we could get some smoothies once again from that abandoned vendor. Sorry, I meant destroy The Crypt's building and put the Screamin' Swing on the land there.

The track for Banshee was delivered to your class? Seriously, though, every time I have a friend over I get on KIC on my phone and they're like, "Seriously?"
-
Why in the world would you have KI commercials...?

They look kind of purplish to mee too. And I'm a Macbook with retina display. Also, Vortex has purple/blue supports, i don't care what anyone says Macbook Air or Pro?
-
It's not. It's actually really easy and in my opinion they're giving a lot away. I won a front of the line pass (on a day that wasn't even crowded...). While waiting for Plinko two people won a free Xtreme Skyflyer ride and another won a front of the line pass. Is the Plinko board a guaranteed winner every time, like the prize wheel was at Vortex, or does it one or more non-winning spaces like the prize wheel at Diamondback did? Winner every time, I'm pretty sure.

I don't really get the effects...what's so great about it? -
Pythons falling through the ceiling and squeezing me to death.
-
Well that's nice.
-
No. It didn't influence anything except for Kingda Ka.

I was just watching How I Met Your Mother and Lily was making fun of Ted for wearing a fanny pack, and Ted responds, "Next time we go to Great Adventure, you're carrying your own sunblock." Just thought I'd share...

I think you mean psychics. My grandmother called ExLax a physic. Oh, whoops. For some reason I can never spell psychics correctly.
