There is no false advertising here. False advertisement is not as simple as we said one thing, then did another. You have to prove that there was malicious intent (like trying to purposely mislead you) involved in the process. Sorry, but the whole "false advertisement" thing really gets on my nerves. Way too many people are convinced they were victims of false advertisement at some point or another. It's what they don't know about it that proves them wrong.
People, don't be so hard on Ryan. Neither he, nor CF, nor KI are trying to jerk you around. Sometimes, it's a simple matter of wording or misinterpretation (Interpreter, you can chime in if you like )of their policies.
