I’m not sure if the park wants to answer this, but are there plans to give Coney Mall, Oktoberfest and Action Zone themed music a la International Street and Rivertown?

Isn’t Woodstock Gliders on the same scale as the Flying Eagles? Unlike the carousel, one isn’t a miniaturized version of the other.

We already have them back. Having two sets of gliders in the park would be redundant.

Coney Mall has been the park’s ghetto for years now, so I am very glad it is getting the love it deserves this season and the next. I know everyone wants it to be more 70’s retro theming a la the Gemini Midway, but I don’t think it would fit. Coney Mall represents an amusement park at the turn-of-the-century, not 1972.

It was used for the associate party this past Tuesday. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been moved.

In addition to vandalism, if the children were sitting/lying on the ground, that would be a tripping and safety hazard.

I think that calliope/carousel organ music would fit Coney Mall much better than ‘70’s music.

Any news on Episode 3?

I went when they came to the Museum Center several years ago. I remember that you had to press a button to start movement of the dinosaurs’s mouth, then press another button for its tail, etc., instead of pressing a button and the whole thing moving.

Overheard this one yesterday. Woman (to her husband): “I don’t know if you remember, but that [points to WindSeeker] used to be where Banshee is now.” Huh?

I reported it back in March and it still hasn't changed.

Kings Island isn’t in Morrow, though.

I'm lucky enough to live in Mason, two miles from the park. Just straight down Tylersville and Western Row Roads and then left onto Kings Island Drive.

And I never said that. I said Kings Island is the second most heavily attended seasonal park, which it is.

How large are the crowds for check-in? What would be a good time to arrive?

Give me a break. Kings Island is the second most popular seasonal park in the country. 2017 had the most heavily attended regular season ever.

2017 was actually Kings Island’s most heavily attended season ever.

There has never been any concrete evidence that we are getting a Giga in the near-future anyways. And no, a tree getting cut down by The Beast is not “concrete evidence.”
