I've just thought since it was installed, WindSeeker looks so…complicated. I was really surprised they picked that ride, let alone install multiple ones. It does have a very strong visual presence, which, I imagine, is a big reason as to why it was chosen.

For some reason, I'm not able to find it....

I really hate to see them having trouble with these rides because, if for no other reason, it takes resources away from other projects.

I just checked my iPad 2, and sure enough, the YouTube app has vanished...

As much as I hate to see them have to remove it, I am as much excited about the next couple years.

I would love to tour Kings Island during the offseason, hopefully when they'd have a lotof projects going on.

I haven't been on here lately, and this was so shocking when I read this. I feel like I knew him from reading his posts. I am sure he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I had forgotten about that one. The main thing is that the lady got hurt, which is a terrible thing. If I remember correctly, that case hinged on the idea that McD's coffee was too hot…still not sure about that one, with so many places that serve hot coffee…would that situation ended the same way if it was a small donut shop (for example)?

I think the ghosts of all the animals that used to be a part of Adventure Village are haunting Action Zone! (or should it be called "right-now-not-so-much-Action Zone"?)

The walk back through the park after and end-of-the night Beast ride is almost as good as the ride itself! I think it's neat walking through the dark, empty park…but maybe that's just me .

I would imagine that lawsuits like these are analogous to getting into an automobile accident with LeBron James, as opposed to someone that works at WalMart. Or, it can also probably be called one of the costs of doing (big) business.

Diamondback was built on a place in the park that I couldn't have fathomed that they would put a ride (although I always thought something much, much smaller might be neat over swan lake). On the other hand, it seems like a lot of members of this site seem to think that if SoB is dismantled, another coaster would take it's place. Where in Kings Island is a place where you could picture something being installed that might be an area that most people wouldn't expect?

I rode The Beast for the first time in 1992. I grew up hearing about it, but my family just never went to the park. I was 19 in 1992, and it was just cool to experience something I had heard so much about for so long. It's still my favorite single attraction at Kings Island. I actually think The Beast has a great theme…and kind of tells a story…which I think has contributed to its long-time success. It was built at about the time the "Friday the 13th" movies were out, and it has just always reminded me of being in the middle of a horror movie. You're walking into the woods into something you really can't see…

I rode it three times during the summer of 2009, and just never fell in love with it. It was thrilling for sure, but just didn't make the impression on me like some of the other rides in the park.

I hate to throw gasoline on the flames of speculation, but all of the rides mentioned in this thread, along with SoB are all close neighbors. I could see how someone that is apt to jump to conclusions might think that they're all could be scrapped in the name of something all new. In all seriousness, I couldn't see the park ever not having The Racer. It would seem like it and Kings Island's identities would be too intertwined.

I think I might be in the minority, but I actually like a little bit of wild speculation about the park…I think something big is going to be announced for 2013. Just a feeling I have…I have absolutely no evidence to back it up.
