  1. You're right....I didn't zoom in far enough. I'm not seeing it? It looks like the normal map on my end.
  2. There isn't anything on the website at this point with pricing for snow tubing.
  3. Per the map, it looks like the snow tubing will be at Skyfler.....hmm. Edit: Also, looks like lights are being tested per the webcams...I grabbed these screen shots!
  4. The cost for ice skating at Carowinds is $15 as well....it must have been a corporate decision.
  5. Any attraction on the site you can click on and it will give information whether or not it will have a charge. Good luck with them doing that....it's very very likely that Woodstock Express' trains are already off the tracks ready for off season maintenance
  6. According to the Sandusky Register, Cedar Point will be building an expansion to Hotel Breakers and placing it on the land previously occupied by Sandcastle Suites: http://www.sanduskyregister.com/story/201711020022 So I take it from that article, what they've been building will be picked up and moved once Sandcastle Suites is razed.
  7. Seems to be interesting additions. The Zamperla Endeavor is pretty sweet! The Rock'nRoller will be interesting if it's that size/style...they've already got a music express type ride. The 4D movies are interesting to say the least. I don't really know how the public will respond as they aren't as well known as Wizard of Oz and The Angry Birds.
  8. My issue with food service is that the spacing for stands that don't flow well with those who have dining plans and those who are paying cash/card. It's always irritating when I get my food at Chicken Shack or Panda Express. I often stand holding my food having to wait in a line for those who are paying with cash/card when I should easily be able to scan my pass and go on my way so my food doesn't get too cold. There should be a dedicated line for dining plans. I also wish they'd fix how Chick Fil-A hands out food....it's way too cramped when those at registers are always trying to take orders....after you give your order there really is no place to go, to ensure you get your food. If you step to the side, you have to push your way through the other waiting folks to get to a window that has your food which you may or may not know until you get right in front of it.
  9. Not even just that. They opened it to anyone who had a pass. In years prior you had to renew by a certain date. This year it was anyone who renewed, anyone who bought a pass up until the season pass center closed. I hope they move away from that. I don't feel like many got to experience all that was open due to crowd sizes.
  10. @MaestroJr you just made me jealous! I love and miss Dollywood so much! Other than good, what were your thoughts on Lightning Rod? Where did you eat? Tennessee Tornado is probably my ultimate favorite Arrow coaster.
  11. I didn't know either. Although I only went through generally once a year.
  12. To be honest, I've never really been a fan of the attraction..but seeing the crew on the tour give their full out spiels about each dinosaur and their enthusiasm for the attraction really made the tour that much better. I'm glad I did the last walk through.
  13. @FoF96" oops....you're right....it said the Largest...not longest. I was listening to the news story as I was unpacking my bags from work today so it was more of a 1/2 hearing it correctly. Thanks for stating what it actually said though so I could go back and listen again. Thanks!
  14. @dinoguy098 thank you for the tour! It was enjoyable!
  15. Local news reporters have caught wind of a possible roller coaster coming to Kennywood in place of Log Jammer. I will say, I think a new roller coaster is inevitable but the source that they use and what the source is claiming is not what I see Kennywood getting (The World's Longest Wooden Roller Coaster) http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2017/10/27/kennywood-new-roller-coaster-under-consideration/
  16. I’d assume it will only be used for entertainment. They only have one, the shows aren’t that far a part for it to head out to the parking lot and come right back.
  17. I still find it a good value as I’ve saved quite a bit of $ out of pocket compared to leaving the park to go get food or to pack a cooler.
  18. I'm in the video too as well as @pianoman! Sitting behind @malem on the Diamonback train going out of the station and on The Beast. We are also seen in the background of the closing of the queue for Beast.
  19. That's not out of the realm of possibilities.
  20. I try to pack my off season with other activities....like I leave for NYC next Thursday evening. We also have done some KIC meetups throughout the off season too, between the 2016 and 2017 season we did meet ups like Bowling near Columbus, Ohio as well as visiting the Air Force Museum in Dayton and Carowinds opening weekend.
  21. OOOO!!!! Now if only we could have these running the parking lot during the normal season too I'm assuming there will only be one though I saw that too as we were leaving.
  22. I ended on the last train for 2017 on Beast! It was well worth the icicles hanging from my nose!
