It sure is a nice webcam shot this morning. 

Loosely following this thread and WOW the brake run is up! Can’t wait to see in person! 

I wonder how much of the lift they’ll have finished by “Closing Day”.

Some good closeups from WildGravityTravels update yesterday. The one photo has what appear to be the roof trusses and the yellow thing I predict to be the basket for the workers to bolt the pieces together.

They got the round trusses for the station roof installed today

Their real name is bowstring trusses. It’s a specific design that’s applied to arches.

Good pic! Pro tip, put your watermark in between the two cranes. Harder to 

1. Remove the watermark
2. Crop it out of the picture. 

I like this different perspective though.

Tbh the station reminds me a lot of the Paramount days with the hangar like stations. 

I got some great views of the construction from WindSeeker, and Blue Racer yesterday!   Orion is looking good!  BTW, Blue Racer was running great.   Consistently faster that Red.

Yes I did my visit ride on Blue Racer but it was oddly rough.   That side has been like glass so far this year and not sure what was up....

I noticed that as well. The part they rebuilt has really helped and it was quick yesterday.

Are the webcams not working for anyone else? I am getting error messages saying Video file not found.

Hope they fix it quick! 

C'mon, KI, Mondays are bad enough... don't make us go all day without the webcam!

They are saying that they are doing software updates today and that cameras are not accessible

 

Jim works at the park, his info would be correct.

I wonder if this means we'll have better webcam views. 

Leave it to the IT guys to take the system down the day the lift hill is going to be topped.

Just drove by Kings Island at 8:45. Both cranes at the construction site are vertical right now so they must be getting ready to do something... 

Btw, the giant white crane base is still in the parking lot.

Didn't realize there was no webcam or I would have taken some pictures for all the "hungry" people out there...

Likely on purpose. Heaven forbid if an accident happened you wouldn’t want to have that caught on camera.
