Seemed like everything went down at some point today.
-
It was almost to under Racer when I went by.

You got lucky lol. Almost every operating ride is full queue right now. Flight of Fear is 3.5 hours and FL is well out the queue.
-
Well there are six now after Boddah took one Disclaimer - please nobody get any ideas and actually take one. That is how we see all the small touches stop.

Well Congo used to be on FL with the FL entrance further down next to Drop Tower, but that was removed July 2018 and it was taken off FL. So if it is still on FL or has been added back, where is the FL entrance now? Here is the old FL sign that used to be on Congo entrance pointing to the FL entrance across from Drop Tower: You can kind of make out the FL sign down in between the bushes on the left across from Drop Zone in this walkthru video someone did: It used to be in the concrete cutaway where the lady in purple with the stroller is and the FL entrance sign was on the post behind her: And a picture from 2020 with the FL sign gone from Congo entrance.

Well they are touchscreens, so they turned them off Covid year so people were not touching them and then having to be cleaned on a schedule like everything else. Yeah, but the new cans look nicer LOL. You don't see the trash and it doesn't blow out like was happening with other cans this weekend around the park.

WOW. I said it earlier in this thread that a Drop ride put into operation for the first time in 2021 should have learned from past deaths on a Drop ride and should have had a safety belt latching the OTSR to the seat. That alone would have either not allowed him to ride (similar to our Drop Tower belts being a certain length for a reason) or had he still been able to ride, would have simply had an uncomfortable ride but still would be alive. I am shocked an engineer would design a tilting drop and not provide that safety belt. It shouldn't take an engineer to figure out that if you tilt a seat 45 degrees forward, that you have now created the opportunity for something to slide thru. If it happened on a non-tilting Drop, then it will certainly have an increased chance on a tilting Drop. And who actually changed this sensor - the owner, maintenance, the ride op?

Yet people could see workers doing just that almost every night on Steel Vengeance its first year. You can find posts here and elsewhere where people reported that and being able to see it out their hotel windows or from the campsite within a stone's throw. You have to remember inspection for operating certification is one thing. And then there is ongoing maintenance that doesn't need re-certified by the state. It is not uncommon for a board to be replaced on a woodie overnight, but it doesn't warrant a shutdown and reinspection from the state. Or changing out a wheel. At what point is re-welding considered not routine maintenance and requires a recert?

You gotta be quick around here LOL.

No fireworks tonight

Perfectly normal and part of the design. Guess you don't wanna know how much a tall building or tower will sway lol

Part of the problem with food lines yesterday were the guests! In Coney BBQ where the line was out the door most of the day, there would be big gaps at the actual food line to the register as people tried to decide what to get. You were in line 30min get off the phone and see what the options are before it is your turn lol. Larosa's should fly as it is the ultimate grab and go, but no I saw the long line and got in and would see a big gap from the food to the register. People get to the food and freeze and don't pick one up lol. How long does it take to decide cheese or pepperoni lol?

Now you just need to go every day and post hourly pics from this location LOL
-
Yes, at least 4 rows were removed.
-
Maybe I got a bad batch LOL. The ones I got at LaRosa's by The Beast were not much bigger than a regular size hot dog and were nowhere near the same volume. I knew I should have taken a pic LOL.
-
You missed the other changes on the train route LOL. Removal of the old "station" for the haunt event and replaced with landscaping. Added trees along the route. Cleared out the area around Teddy and created a little scene with a lake and walking path (not that we can walk on it LOL), but unfortunately put a hole in Teddy's head LOL.

I thought they tasted better than usual, but they were definitely smaller. More like hot dog length (well not the length of Skyline's LOL but a regular size hot dog).
-
Larosa's breadsticks are now half in size or at least seemed to be half LOL.

Blue Racer is running forward.

Adventure Express is running.
