Mrs NC, is bringing the dreaded back pack in, just so if anyone wants to keep their bobblehead, she would be glad to hold them. Sometime after ERT, the backpack will head to the parking lot until closing.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. The way this ride interacts with AZ's midway is going to be phenomenal !!

Growing up I had a friend who had a pair of pet skunks, offensive glands removed of course. They were both very friendly, and loved to be held. Now these skunks came from a pretty long line of bred in captivity ancestors, could make a difference. Also both were female, could have something to do with it as well.

We encountered the skunks twice this year, once in Planet Snoopy, and another in Coney Mall between Zephyr and the arcade building. Thought for a second he was going to go in the arcade. That would have been interesting I bet.

There is a female ET ride op, that is a member. Same one? Maybe.

Delirium as I've seen posted before, could easily be Pit and Pendulum. Flight deck, as we've all seen, The Bat ( reborn, rises,etc...) Invertigo, Hangman? The Noose? Open to suggestion. Drop Tower, I see little hope here, without a large investment to theme it. In my opinion, you'd have to enclose the entire queue. Concept: Entrance is a castle like spire The inside of the queue, with animatronics of a mad scientist every few switchbacks, encouraging you that you must climb the tower to enact the lightning rod. Enter the ride, which now enclosed at the base, appears as the lab. ( I know, it will have to be vented for the massive amount of air that the drop moves. Also that air could be used as storm gusts in queue. ) The ride lifts, when you reach the top, a bright light flashes, and down you go. As if you got struck by the lightning. Quite obviously it would be a better ride at night, but all I could think of.

I'm guessing they'll start work from that new support to the loop around the lift hill. Doubt they'll lift steel so close to AZ's midway until HH is over.

Have you seen After.Life? No corset, or anything else for that matter, lol

Yep, a great evening, we had fun with all involved. 1am rides on Diamondback are highly recommended. I was kind of surprised by the lighter than I expected crowds, in a good way of course.

I can honestly say the meet ups make a park I already loved, even better. There are some truly wonderful people here. I have met people I now consider friends. One of them even turned a bad day, into an AWESOME day. And just as enjoyable , could be a non-meet day, wear the KIC shirt, and someone sees it. Whether it is another member, or just someone who asks, both can make for a great day. If it is a member, we have an instant connect. If it's just an inquiry, it boosts the site.

I'll disagree, Zodiac was horrible,in my opinion. And with todays requirements for evac, would be pert near impossible.

When you left, faeriewench left us as well to take some pics she had promised. The rest of us boarded FoF. The rest of the group rode the back of the train while MrsNC and myself waited for the next, and got to ride 1-1. Really enjoyed my first front seat ride on it, never wanted to wait it out before, but as they were semi-assigning seats it just worked out. From there we all headed for Diamondback, when we got there it was about 25 til 1, so we decided to check BLSC to see if we cold get on it quickly and then get to Diamondback for the last ride. At some point along the way most of the group decided to tour Madame Fatales instead. Myself MrsNC and ohiocolts headed on to BLSC, NO LINE directly boarded and off we went. We then headed back to Diamondback, waited a short time for group and entered the line at about 10 til 1. Got on at about 5 after, great way to end the day. I will agree that YoungStud was very personable and enjoyable to hang around with. I wouldn't mind at all if he was reinstated, as long as he could tone down the bashing a tad. In person I found him to be a decent sort. Edit: spelling correction

They are actually based out of Nashville TN. But yes a highly sought for band. A residency gig at KI would be a boon for the park and the band !!

We love Here Come The Mummies, I think it would be a great addition for future Haunts, your opinions? My Choice would be International St. Bandstand, though if you've seen the crowds they bring it could be a problem.
