  1. LOL! I know the stand across from Diamondback does not (it has a water fountain on the outside...but it's a pain because people are usually standing there when my friend who drinks exclusively water tries to get around the people to get his water).
  2. The only problem with that, is that if you just want water, locations don’t even have it available on the machines. Unless you go to a freestyle location I think.
  3. I emailed the park with my opinion on the subject and got this response: I basically said that I felt it was unethical and inconvenient for the park to tell guests to either bring their own water bottle into the park or to play hide and seek with where water is available especially on hot days.
  4. Wow.....it's like saying "you were inconvenienced by having to go to another line....so bring your own water to the park or go to a seperate location to get water...won't tell you where, but go there." I understand they lost some $ on the water cups for the supply of them and people filling them with sodas...but come on....it literally would not hurt Six Flags to give water cups out.
  5. I believe it's "trust me bro"
  6. Watching it in action today. 5 minute dispatches are rough for lines like it has.
  7. On top of that, make the merch affordable to increase in park spending. Why would I spend almost $50 on a shirt. But if I could buy 2 for that price, I’d be more likely to buy (not really some people would).
  8. Worth noting that Mike didn’t retire. He was laid off.
  9. @TOPGUN1993 and @Captain Nemo were huge fans of the show!
  10. He may in the future. He was at Six Flags Great America when this all went down....she was available. Either way, she's the leader of the team as far as PR/Spox goes....sometimes the leaders have to take charge.
  11. I don't know if there's actually a regional name. Elizabeth covers KI and Worlds of Fun for digital marketing. But her position ultimately falls under Grace from what I understand. Tony Clark is at Cedar Point and Six Flags Great America....which I believe is overseen by Grace. The map above doesn't represent the actual teams. The information out there is not extremely clear.
  12. As far as coverage goes, Tony Clark covers Cedar Point and Six Flags Great America...maybe more.
  13. Well when a member of the regional team is let go, the head honcho of the team has to step in as there likely was no one else able to do so. There really aren't any single park spokespersons anymore.
  14. Grace is valuable to the company....glad she is taking the reigns as the spokesperson.

  16. I can never stay connected to the KI WiFi....even if it's not crowded.
  17. Agreed on the KIC compared to PointBuzz aspect. Part of the problem I think PointBuzz has, is that the forum set up is just not well designed nor is conversation actually encouraged. There was a 2025 General Conversation thread created (similar to KIC's) and the one moderator closed it complaining that the information was too hard to find in a general thread vs targeted specific threads. Almost an over moderation on what users can and can't do in regards to sharing information. Whereas, KIC allows for information to be shared in the best way possible for all users. But I digress, lol. The world of information sharing is ever changing. There have been pages/sites that I've stopped following because of the over saturation of information....there have been some that I've followed because of the hyper specific information being shared. Either way, I think it's all personal preference. ---- Another note from Investor Day. I did see that they are going to be releasing a new app for all parks within Six Flags. (Did I see that hear? If so, I've slept since then lol).
  18. I took it as a jab of Cedar Flags.....he saw the writing on the wall and left.
  19. I like how last year, they listed the pricing was included on the guide and this year it's not. Either they aren't sure what prices are just yet or they prices are less attractive and they don't want anyone to know before ordering.
  20. Not going to lie, the chalkboard signs announcing rides being closed cracked me up. Great pics! Thanks for sharing.
  21. The difference is work wasn't really started for Camp Snoopy before permits were filed. For Adventure Port....the removal of Slingshot was on a separate permit. The person who would care about leaks is gone. They cannot do major construction without permit. They can be fined if so. Speculation is out there for drilling...but there's no actual confirmation. Cleaning out and removal of temporary walls would not need a permit. Most of the work for Hotel St. Michelle was inside at this point of the season. Haunt stuff can begin as early as April/May. Knotts is currently building haunt things.
