^But what if he has uromycotosis? As Jerry Seinfeld says, when you gotta go you gotta go....

How about Millenium Force replacing AE, going back towards the area formerly known as Coney Mall and interaction with Project X?

What if they relocated El Toro to AEs spot? Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

During the college years, I spent a summer in Hampton Beach, NH. I worked at McDonald's doing am maintenance. The restrooms were outside, so at 0400, after having coffee, I cleaned them. The women's room was disgusting. So was the men's but I could stand back and hose it down. Lol. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

While I see the logic of this, I also see that the facilities are hidden from sight from an open door. Also, they really should install more dividers between the urinals.

I can be detail-oriented. As an RN, when I can't leave a restroom with clean hands, I am grossed out.

They were the gliders that came from Coney island. Got sent to Carowinds. Originally installed in the area formerly known as Coney Mall, they were moved at some point the where the basketball challenge is near the junkyard coaster entry plaza. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I think this relates back to the poor decisions Paramount made. Before the junkyard coaster was installed, this was a most beautiful part of the park. Antique cars, excellent landscape, and our flying eagles. All that is gone and we have a decent coaster with an ugly theme, put in a wrong section of the park. I don't hope for a removal, but I'd love to see it reimagined with less rip-rap, shipping containers, junked cars etc. Up the landscaping, soften it up and maybe redo the theme to a sinister prescense that The Beast and Mystic Timbers has... continue those story lines. You launch out of the station to escape the wrath of ....and run run run until you stop to catch your breath, but the....chases you thru a dark tunnel...I just think many of the nostalgia folks are salty even though they enjoy the junkyard coaster. While I am not a janitorial supply specialist, I think many of the problems with the men's rooms could be fixed easily. First, if the customers would use the garbage cans, flush, and aim better. The customers could solve many of the problems. However, the park could take some short and long term solutions to fix the problems. In the short term, they could leave the doors open like in years past. It would allow some air circulation and also make it more sanitary. I dread having to touch a door handle after washing my hands. They could also use different urinal mats. I've noticed at Pilot truck stops (where I stop to gas up on the way to KI), they have started using a mat that is thicker with multiple fingers. This traps the urine and prevents splash. Longer term, the park should really look at putting electric eyes that will flush the urinals and toilets. This would solve the problem of non flushers, and for myself, the gross factor of touching a flusher that someone else has touched, and the thing they touched right before that cannot be mentioned in this forum. They also need to look at refitting the restrooms with climate control. Evidently they install temporary heat for Winterfest, it appears there are HVAC vents in the buildings. Bite the bullet, heat in the winter, cold air in the summer. I really do feel bad for the attendants in this hot weather. If I see one, I try to thank him. I am sure it is a thankless job.

But you said: " Nobody here says they hate Intamins. We are tired of you bringing them into every conversation. It's not that hard to comprehend. " Please don't assume you speak for everyone in this thread, this stage of the thread, or KIC as a whole. It's also false that he brings Intamin into every conversation. You may perceive that as being true, because he apparently triggered you, but it simply isn't the case. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I'd love to see a return of "The Shooting Star" name in the Cincinatti area. I never got to ride the original. If it is going to be a blue and white coaster, I'd also love to see homage to The Wildcat, which could tie into nostalgia and the sinister nature of Banshee, The Beast and Mystic Timbers, as well as the awesome #BBN!

My post was made in jest of the misapplied use of the word "break." Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

What breaks on I 305? I mean, I know it's an Intamin, but hopefully the brakes don't break![emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji2962] Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I think it's important to remember that the court will make a decision based only on fact. Documented, provable, cold hard facts. If the plaintiff's attorney can present these facts that are irrefutable by the defendant(s), she will prevail. If not, the defendant(s) will. None of us here know the facts in the case, only what an article has presented, which is generally one-sided because the defendants will not comment on pending legal matters.

I'm sorry, I guess I misunderstood your post. The gp knows a new "GiGa" coaster is coming in the local area. But outside the enthusiast community and Cincinnati, it's not a thing. Folks around here always say that just because they have done things a certain way in the past, doesn't mean they will in the future. I just think this is a demonstration of that. Or it could be thematic:. " Our pr folks would have told the story in June, but the aliens abducted them from the fearful flight but they returned to xbase in Orion.". "we" obsessively follow the every move of construction. The people who bring in the revenue, for the most part, don't. Tease or no tease, I'm excited for this ride, but I tend to hold judgement until I've actually ridden a new ride. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I've never had a problem. Other Cedar Fair parks require a receipt for renter parking though. If you have an opportunity to get a receipt, I'd keep it just in case. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

If you are thinking of meal plan options, the KI salad at the Brewhouse is excellent. Larosa's has some good salads.

I'd venture a guess that she has named him, the supervisor, any number of managers, and up the food chain. I'd also guess she is suing the Kings Island Company LLC (or whatever entity KI is legally incorporated as) as well as Cedar Fair. The employees and former employees are likely being represented by the company as it took place in an employment capacity. Look for a quick settlement, with no further follow up, or a long period of discovery if the company chooses not to settle. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I was under the impression that someone did break the parks drone policy, shared it and it got shared here. The mods removed the post. It's International Street all over again! [emoji23] Too much drama. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Cedar Fair's legal department may or may not agree with your statement. But the point of my post was that this site has made it clear that they are going to abide by the wishes of the park and moderate that way. I doubt the park or the moderators (I don't speak for either, only my opinion) will change their policy going forward. If people have an issue with it, is it worth the philosophical ponderance? Is it worth the time to argue about it? [emoji1745][emoji125][emoji1708][emoji2788] Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

You know, sometimes people just want to push the envelope. If the park has a policy, I follow it. It doesn't matter to me if it is on firm or shakey legal ground. If that's what the park wants, why go against their wishes? By extension, this site agrees with the parks wishes. So naturally, they are going to moderate with those wishes in mind. For those who don't like that, it may be time to accept that or move on. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Those names reference former rides at the park, I'd say it's more of a nostalgia nod than a teaser. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

In trades, the workers generally treat their work vehicle as their own. My employers each had their own assigned vehicles and they took great pride in personalizing them (within policy) and maintaining them. I'd say it's similar with the trades at KI. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
