Looking at the webcams now, they are still working on the KI Trading Company, probably just putting the finishing touches on it. The park looks so nice with the lights, after not seeing them on for months now. Tomorrow's Pass Holder Preview Day, I hope whoever goes has a great time!

Honestly feels like something that would be an April Fool’s joke, not that it’s a bad thing. It honestly sounds really cool.

So they never really said if it was temporary or not, they just said it was to celebrate the 20th of the ride. Do you guys think it will be changed back next year?

I bet permenant. Those new billboards weren't cheap, and I doubt they'd replace them with the faded ones again. And repaint all the other ones

I kinda like this new theme. It's based off of some local history, and sets the ride apart from the rest, like at KD. I feel like it would also be cool to give the cars a repaint to go with the "Queen City vibe" and maybe change some of the license plates. At least this gives me a reason to ride this ride again.

They missed a golden opportunity here to really give riders a true Cincinnati coaster experience. Make the brake run where the helicopter scene is the Big Mac Bridge and instead of helicopters shooting at you, make it a car accident and you sit in traffic for awhile. Put a big screen at the top of the tunnel with bumper to bumper traffic and make the coaster train inch forward slowly like you're really in it.

Now that is a true Cincinnati experience!  scariest part of the ride!

This initial push is hilariously badly planned. Just pushing people inbetween detectors and check in, just standing around, no plan, no lines, just pushing more and more people in.

Why plan? They already have your money.

The line for Coney BBQ, Enrique’s met at the edge of coney and adventure port with the line for racer before the turnstiles were opened. Suffice to say this is just as packed as what I thought opening day would be. Parking is at the edge of the lot already and it’s only going to get more packed as the day goes by.

*double post*

Here’s what the Monster looks like currently, no signage informing guests that it’s currently SBNO. Had to even tell one of my friends that it’s just waiting for a part and not taken out.

Well this day was a giant waste of time.

2 hours at the park and all I managed to do was get chips from the VIP area.

Got to watch my 9 year old be told by 3 employees and the sign at the start of Delirium that she was 52 inches tall then wait for 40 minutes to get pulled off the ride and kicked out

Very random, but from this angle you can really tell how good of a job they did with that Coney BBQ building and how it fits with the area.

It's gone.

It feels more like it was relocated to the brake shed. You slow down much earlier than before and the braking is sustained for longer, so the speed coming out of the shed is about the same. Great feeling having no trims on the retracked section, though.

Trading Company Exterior

The renovation looks awesome! I was pleased to see that the character of International Street was kept and that the interior is now laid out much better with the three counters being consolidated into one. I was not phased by the new Six Flags tags on everything, but I did see a bubble blower that had the new corporate Six Flags logo prominently displayed on the packaging. The associates still have Cedar Fair on their uniforms as well. I wonder how long we'll see those around.

I will say that I keep seeing comments from people saying some form of "Six Flags is coming in and ruining everything already!" (ok that might have a little exaggeration, but it's still pretty close) which is simply not true. It might say something about the decision to keep the Six Flags name. Give it some time. Cedar Fair is showing up a lot more than the legacy Six Flags across the new chain. A number of the things people are upset about may have happened without the merger, and are only being amplified by it. Thank you for coming to my rant
